Wanda may be the most unprofessional contact I’ve ever experienced in a house commanding a price over $6k per week. “We have over 60 properties, I can’t remember everything about each one” (tip, Wanda, you may need to remember when people reserve them) Benji won’t give you a call (electrical code issues -are light switches supposed to be physically too hot to touch? Is water dripping from a light fixture a feature in Georgia? We ended up renting a cottage for a celebration of a family birthday in January 2021. From the first time we reached out to the company until the follow up after we had departed it was as professional an organization as I’ve ever been involved with. They helped us out with the selection process and which home would best fit our needs, nearby restaurants, and even the nearest grocery store.

My husband I have rented properties all over the world and this if the first time I have ever come across a property management owner as rude as this one. It was appalling. We did not rent our property directly through Georgia Beach Rentals, but VRBO. The owner, Benji, has zero regard for covid-19 and covid policies and concerns that guest have regarding covid. I spoke with him three times the day before our arrival and each time he was rude, indignant, and aggressive. Even before I could let him know of my questions/concerns. Bottom line: We give the beach cottage we rented 5 stars but the management 2.5 stars. While we had a great time at the beach cottage we rented on St. Simon’s Island in August 2020, but ultimately had so many issues with the management and their poor communication that we do not recommend this beach rental company to others, especially when there are many others to choose from.

I can't believe this company is as corrupt as it is. During Covid you swindled my family out of almost $2000. Again you told me we could cancel if we needed to. But we sent all our money first. Then Benji screamed like a little girl about losing money. Welcome to 2020 Benji, we all lost money. Only most of us chose not to steal from others to make up for it.
