Covenant's family of organizations includes hospitals, skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, assisted living, independent senior residences and adult day care organizations throughout New England and Pennsylvania.
A focus of our mission is to Collaborate and Interact with other organizations to address mutual needs and share resources. For example, we have a "perpetual" basket in our lobby in support of the Sacred Heart Church Food Pantry; we have donated an Exercycle to the Leland Home, and recently held a fundraiser that enabled us to purchase and donate 50 backpacks to the Prospect Hill Community Center after-school mentoring program.
At Maristhill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, we strive to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of all our residents. From our robust pastoral care to a full calendar of activities and events, we provide residents and their loved ones with the broad array of resources, services and activities needed to make the most of life.
Can I bring my child to visit a loved one? Children are precious and are very special to our residents. Family and friends are welcome to visit our residents at any time. To ensure their safety, please ensure children are well-supervised during your visit. Can I bring my pet for a visit? Pets are a wonderful addition to our community.
We provide award-winning rehabilitation and nursing services for both long-term and short-term rehabilitative stays. Our friendly staff and a home-like environment will restore you during any length of stay.

Skilled nursing communities, or nursing homes, provide around-the-clock assistance with activities of daily living and deliver expert nursing care to individuals recovering from an illness or surgery and those in need of more complex, longer-term care.

Communication is horrible. Numerous messages are left regarding patient status and no return calls. There is not enough P.T help and staff appear to be overworked. Its pretty bad when the family members are the ones that are giving the patient physical therapy.

My loved one almost died in this place. Management doesn’t care about patients. Horrible place....Always short staffed. Always cutting corners. Cna’s have too many patients to care for. Patients are neglected terribly. Charge nurse doesn’t care about patients. Doesn’t follow up with doctor about patient’s condition. Don’t send your loved ones here.

My dad was in Maristhill for a few months after he had a severe stroke. The rehab staff was great and worked very diligently but unfortunately, dad's stroke was too severe for improvement. Hospice care began, which was also very excellent. Dad transitioned peacefully and he is in a better place now. I have the highest recommendation for Maristhill with absolutely no reservations at all.

My dad had to go to for rehab after a broken hip, and I found Maristhill strictly by chance, and we are so happy I did. During my dad’s stay, we met so many nice and caring people. From PT/OT and speech therapy, who were so patient and encouraging, to the nurses and CNA’s, who cared compassionately for my dad day/night. As an added benefit, he had a private room, as all do in short term rehab, that was clean and nice.
A big thank you to all those we crossed paths with during his stay. I hope there is not a need for rehab again, but if there were, I would def go back to Maristhill.
