Dealing with this office has been the most frustrating experience. My mom, who comes from Florida and stays with me during the summers , has been a patient there for years. Every year she brought a prescription from her doctor so she can have needed therapy over the summer.
This year, the office staff told her that they won’t see her unless she brings a prescription from local doctor. When asked why that is needed the front desk told her it’s a NYS rule. When my mother confronted her and said there is no such thing, she was quick to admit it’s an office policy. When asked again why and why
