On Sunday the 28th, I had the worst experience with a tour group ever. I got on the bus with Alvand Group in Encino and they made a stop in Glendale. once we stopped in Glendale to pick up others, Two people came on and wanted to have my seat so they can sit together. they asked me to move and I said I was happy where I was. There were many other spots behind me and in the back of the bus that they could've sat together. Why my seat? They made such a stink that the tour guide got involved and tried to rush me out of my seat. It got to the point where the owner of the company did the same thing

1 star is too much for Alvand tour.
We went Chumash on 2/19/2018. It was horrible day with Alvand tour. It was the first and last time that I choosed this tour. The tour guid (Alice) was so...rude. She was yelling on us because she can't control anything. Everything was so unorganized. She asked many times for tips clearly.
I highly not recommend this tour to any body .

I wish here was a way to put no star for this agency , the worst ever , disordered and super rude tour guide alice , she yelled at people , rolling her eyes. She made people uncomfortable to giving her tips and repeatedly asked people for tip , she was not deserve the tips but she made us to give her tip .Never never never recommend this tour to anyone , terrible experience .
Now I understand that why they are the worst team because they have the worst manager ( Ana ) as i called the office also their manager Ana yelled at me and she was so rude too , even she didnt let me to talk to owner

This place sucks. My grandma had a reservation for 4 people today on Christmas to go to the Chumash casino. They're so unorganized and messed up. They let people without reservations on the bus and they couldn't get them off so we ended up having to drive ourselves. They're so unprofessional and undeserving of any business. Don't support them

THIS IS THE WORST TOUR ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET! Horrible customer service by the owners, terrible service by the tour guide Alice, extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. My parents were told to shut up numerous times when they wanted to voice their opinions on bus. They have been showing favoritism towards specific races. Armenians are being treated poorly. My parents just came back from a trip, my dad had to be hospitalized by the way they had been treated. I am going to put the word out everywhere so they never get business again. I am disgusted by their customer service.

My parents just got back from a trip with them, the driver has been so rude with people. Took the driver forever to register the passengers by himself. He had no help what so ever. The whole time of hours driving he has not turn the radio or the TV on.Even when the passengers asked him, he had responded rude and told them he won't turn them on. The bus was so dirty, so anyone could barely see the out side. My parents are going to these tours for last twenty years and this has been the worst experience they have ever had.
DO NOT SPEND A PENNY OR A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME

My date and I had a horrible time. We came in and sat in our seats, and a crazy rude & entitled woman told to get up and move. The bus has open seating, so we just ignored her. Then, she flew into a rage and complained to the bus driver. and (shocking moment) the bus driver yelled as us and TOLD US TO GET IN THE BACK OF THE BUS!!! We were stunned, but since others were perturbed, we moved.
Never have I seen such favoritism and entitled behavior on a bus like this against normal people. It was degrading.

BE AWARE!!
If you plan on staying overnight at Chumash and returning home the following day, (even though the website does not inform you) there will be a returning fee of $20.00, even if the bus is not full. I spoke with Alvand's main office and they also mentioned that you are suppose to make reservations as well. Now I have no problems paying the fee (it's still a good value) but they should let us know in advance so we can plan on it. And just an FYI The Roadrunner Shuttle does not charge the returning fee and you do NOT need reservations AND their buses are very comfortable

LITERALLY just got off the phone with customer service who said there is no way to review them... Well I found you.
There is a bus doing at LEAST 85 swerving on the 101. I called and she said they can't do more than 65..... Well if we're doing 70, how did he come up behind us, pass us, and is out of sight???
Reckless. We're calling the cops and reviewing them EVERYWHERE we can. Don't endanger our locals.

I have been on tour with alvand tour one time and it was a very bad experience .the tour guides name is helen and she was very in-polite rude and mean.the bus smelled. we were notified that the bus had mechanical problems but they were able to fix it, however they made a stop in the middle of nowhere, where the bus broke down, leaving us stranded for 5hours, with nothing to do until they transported a new bus to take us home. we left las vegas at 10 am and did not return until 10pm. the worst part was, that they did not even apologize for the inconvenience, or offer anything to help make the wait
