At Tennessee Center for Reproductive Acupuncture, we focus on fertility and pregnancy wellness. Our evidence-based treatment protocols are designed to work with your cycle whether you are trying to conceive naturally or using some type of ART like IVF, IUI, or medicated cycle. We work closely with your doctor's plans and use acupuncture to support your cycle, reduce side effects, and improve your chances of pregnancy.
Prebirth Acupuncture: Pre-Birth Acupuncture is a series of 4-5 weekly treatments beginning at week 36 of your pregnancy that are designed to help your body go into labor on time and for labor to progress normally and without complication once it begins. It is not labor induction and will not bring on labor.
Fertility: At The Tennessee Center for Reproductive Acupuncture, fertility is our passion. We use treatments such as acupuncture and herbal medicine to help regulate your cycles, reduce stress and support you as you go through any type of cycle whether your are trying naturally or using IVF, IUI, or any other treatment.
A patient with diminished ovarian reserve came to us after several egg retrievals seeking acupuncture to support her current retrieval plans and upcoming embryo transfer. We worked with this patient through multiple retrieval cycles and one failed transfer. After one final retrieval cycle that resulted in no genetically normal embryos, she decided to transfer their last frozen PGD tested embryo.

Sarah has been absolutely wonderful and is very knowledgeable and attentive. I was seeing an RE while doing acupuncture because we had difficulties getting pregnant. I truly believe that Sarah and her services helped me a lot not only physically but also mentally. We are now expecting our first child and we couldnt be happier

I had several sessions with Sarah before and after a transfer at the National Embryo Donation Center. The practice is fantastic, and Sarah is kind, friendly, and professional. I would recommend her to anyone in the area. She completely put me at ease, and even followed up after my sessions (we had come in from out of town) at results time - thankfully, we had a positive test, and I'm sure Sarah's care was part of that.

My experience with this group has been amazing. Sarah is so patient, thoughtful, and caring. I am not entirely sure what I would have done without the support she provided before and during my last pregnancy. I highly recommend this practice if you are trying to get pregnant or are currently pregnant!

I tried everything to get pregnant and acupuncture was one of them, after reading it can really help. I was thrilled to discover Knoxville has a clinic devoted entirely to reproductive acupuncture! I went through an egg donor IVF cycle and I have to say that Sarah is amazing. IVF was the scariest thing emotionally that I ever went through and not only did the acupuncture itself help with the stress (and I believe the success) of the treatment, but on top of that, Sarah was a great emotional support throughout the whole process. She will talk to you about your symptoms and feelings before each treatment

I was referred to Sarah by Lisa Birnesser of Transformations Massage & Wellness. Lisa is someone I know, respect and trust as a healing professional. She did not steer me wrong.
Without going into too much detail, I have an inoperable back condition that causes immense pain and often unbearable inflammation on a more than regular basis. The… inflammation is often the worst part because it puts an incredible amount of pressure on my spine and organs.
I have tried acupuncture in the past. I am open to anything that helps my condition. It helped some, but really nothing earth shattering
