Nail clip, file, buff, cuticle maintenance and a top coat polish with a relaxing hand massage. The perfect manicure for someone on the run. We start by taking off the old polish, cuticle trimming and filing is done, followed by a moisturizing exfoliation, then a relaxing neck and shoulder massage, and finished with polish.

Holy was amazing I had knee replacement surgery 17 days ago and she took her time and made me very comfortable all the while making sure I was okay, she used the hot rocks around my knee and the hot wax on my feet and the nice warm towels around my legs. She was amazing caring and thoughtful 10 out of 10 on service and caring.

The lack of attention to detail is blatantly obvious. This is the first time I’ve used this salon and I’m beyond disappointed. Shocked actually. The staff was friendly but that was the extent of the pro’s. The pictures speak for themselves. I paid for the work that was done but am throughly disappointed in the quantity. The time it takes to find another place to correct their work plus my time lost is hardly equivalent to the amount I paid. Incredibly disappointed.

Got a full set acrylic and the classic pedi with scrub. I picked one color red for my hands and feet but somehow they did not match. They cut/shaped my finger nails too short so I couldn’t get the design I anticipated on as well as I had red all over my fingers I couldn’t even scrub off. My pedicure was not the full time and toe nails weren’t even shaped. I chose matte for hands and feet but there were bumps/brush strokes and my toes were still shiny.
I went back and after the manager argued about coming up with a solution, they just touched up my nails to at least make them presentable

I got my nails done here about a month ago . The first woman who did my nails was great. Beautiful design, perfect job, just incredible. The second woman who did my nails on Saturday was awful. She was pushy and rude and kept demanding that I show her what I wanted. When she drilled, she burned me several times and cut my nails way too short. Then when she put the acrylic gel or whatever on my nails, she picked this weird super pink color for the “natural” part of my nail. I’m mixed so bright pink looks anything but natural. I even commented that it looked way pink, but she said it would

I have been to this location and have gotten my nails done twice . Both times with Wendy !!! She’s quick, efficient , and I can tell she takes pride in her work. She was doing my nails and literally said she didn’t like how it was coming along and fixed what she didn’t like. And I loved the end result. She’s professional as well ! I went somewhere else to get a refill because it was closer and instantly regretted not coming back to Wendy . She’s my nail girl from now on !

The store was beautiful and clean but my attendant didn’t spend much time on my feet and spent more time on the massage. To be honest, it almost seemed as though she could not see what she was doing. She also scratched my toe with the file, didn’t offer for my nails to go under the dryer, never applied cuticle oil to my actual cuticles and thinned the polish out so far with acetone that the polish on several of my nails was thin, streaky and chipping before I even left. By the time I got home, I had rashes all over my feet and legs, a bleeding and swollen toe and two toes almost completely

My nails look beautiful! The nail tech was so gentle and did a great job. A lot of the times I gotten cut or burned during the filing process but I could tell she was trying her absolute best to make me comfortable. On top of that, the place is beautiful and everyone else is very nice. Will be coming back and would recommend to anyone

All i asked for was to have the tech (jenny) make my nails longer and she acted like it was the end of the world after only putting powder on a few of my nails, she then proceeded to cut me several times and had a major attitude when i asked as nicely as possible to make them longer, needless to say she didn't make them longer and i left with short nails. still payed full price and now regretting doing so, my nails are literally all different colors due to poor application and i'm so upset and disappointed that my nails look like this.

I recently started using this Nails of America over a month ago and when I say Wendy is a nail diva. I literally sat in her chair told her what colors I wanted and she told me what she thought would work and I let her work her magic. I was so impressed with my first set of ombre nails and received so many complaints. I went back again earlier this month (May) I showed her a picture of a design that I wanted and she mastered it to the T. I told her I was a girl of simplicity I don't have too many demands when it comes to my nails just as long as they are cute and she has mastered the job each time

Do not support this business. I went there a few weeks back got a french manicure with black tips. The same day the black tips started peeling off. There were dimples in the paint. I went back in a few days and Jenny re-did them. She was the one that did the manicure the first day. Within a few days the same thing happened. The nails started chipping off again and it always starts with a little dimple in the paint. I called and talked to the manager. I advised her I wanted the nails removed which I figured included getting my $55 dollars back (but not the $10 tip). She asked when I could come by

Expensive! Had shellac on my nails and she didn't paint all the way up to the cuticles which means I will have to go back sooner. Also, my shellac chipped in 2 days!! I might as well painted my nails myself for chipped shellac!
Also painted on my cuticles so that when I do my hair or put my hands through my hair my hair goes under the shellac thus peeling off the shellac

Had a shellac pedicure. They didn't even cut my cuticles right or paint the shellac right it's an extra $20 to paint shellac and I am so disappointed. The way she was trying to cut my cuticles, all she did was cut and pulled on the skin. The painting job is so bad that it was all over my skin. My pinky toe nail already came off. Service was ok. Place is nice but they need to work on quality.

There appears to be lots of drink choices and pictures of mimosas and champagne online but I was never offered a thing.
The man who did my nails was making me so nervous because he kept filing for long periods until my nail beds were getting hot. He was also coming so close to nicking the edges of my skin and he was a little rough and abrupt when speaking to me.

I'm lucky to have a gem of a place less than 5 minutes from my house.
The pedicure chairs are in nice little sections of 4 chairs with a tv. Of course you have to partake in the beverages!! From wine to margaritas to mimosas...ultimate pampering session! Many pedicure packages to choose from and the ladies are so nice and friendly =) maybe I'm only saying that because they ID me every time when I order a drink and say I look very young... what girl wouldn't want

I went in about 2 weeks ago without an appointment and didn't have to wait at all. For a Wednesday afternoon, it was surprisingly busy!
I got a shellac mani which was priced at $35. My nail technician was friendly and did a great job. She definitely took her time to make sure each nail had a durable double coat of color since I picked a bit of a light shade. I did get some chipping after just a week but nothing substantial until today, 2 weeks later. I love love love the color I got, so my nail technician was kind enough to let the receptionist know to add the color to my account profile

Came in for a shellac manicure and ended up with a clumpy result that was rescued only by the nail technician putting four layers of top coat on until the bumps went away. Instead of trying to cover up the mistakes, fix the problem.
Nice staff and clean environment, but quality of nail work is not worth the price and it's clear that the team needs more training. Won't be paying $35 for a manicure I could get cheaper and of better quality elsewhere.
