Small Wonders Daycare was created to provide a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment for your children. We take pride in providing highly skilled early childhood educators with many years of experience. Our structered preschool or nursery school, will provide your child with a head start when they enter kindergarten.
Services
Small Wonders Day Care Center serves children from 2 years through school age and has a total capacity of 60 children. Our hours of operation are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, a full day care provider. Meals provided include morning snack and afternoon snack. We are Maryland state-licensed and CPR and First Aid trained.
Two year olds are naturally very curious about their environment. One main focus in this class is to build social skills such as sharing, taking turns, and patience. We use weekly themes that include art, science, beginning literacy, and cooking projects. Each month our two year olds focus on a different color, shape, and community helper.

Positive: Reliability, Value
Small Wonders exceeded our expectations of pre-school. Fun learning environment, but most importantly, all the teachers are so caring and nurturing. I highly recommend!

My daughter has attended since 2 years old. She will now be graduating this May and it will be bittersweet. The staff is very caring and nurturing when needed. She has blossomed into a smart little girl with the dedication from the staff. They also have a low staff turnover which makes it wonderful to learn each employee on a individual basis. The director is very prompt in keeping you up to date with reminders and info. I was very fortunate to have my daughter attend without being on a waiting list!

The rate per child is very reasonable and includes 2 snacks and juice; the family is expected to provide lunch. They also take two field trips a year, circus and the zoo. The kids are able to get plenty of play time, but have structured time to learn. My sons vocabulary sky rocketed when he started Small Wonders, to which I attribute to the engagement with the teachers and other children at the school.
The playground is a black rubber chip playground which can

Never got my money back. The next I didn't have exact change and they wanted me to wait until manager came in but I had to leave for work. Never got my change. One day the baby left his meal in my car as he was playing with it on
