Less than 200 miles from home our truck transmission started acting up. Then the engine symbol came on the dashboard and we had to pull over in Shamokin Dam, Pennsylvania. This happened on Labor Day, of course!!! We contacted Triple A to find a tow truck that would take us home to Seneca Falls, NY but most were closed and no drivers would go out of state. They found a local Chevy dealer but they we’re closed due to the holiday. So in the morning we called Troutmans Chevrolet and they gave us Peifer Towing & Recovery’s phone number to call. What a lifesaver that turned out to be. Todd was wonderful

Had a flat tire on a very busy stretch of highway at 5am. Did not feel it was safe for me to try and change it. Peifer's responded about as quick as could be expected. They had it all changed out in about 10 minutes and helped us get back out on the highway with all the traffic. Very appreciative of what they did and recommend them highly. Sorry that I did not get the name of the gentleman who responded.

Todd was awesome. My battery died while driving on I-283S. Todd arrived very fast, and he was able to assist us and get us back on the road within 10 min. He even gave my son and me some cool T-shirts. I highly recommend this company.

My boyfriend locked his keys in the car while it was running and they came out in under 20 minutes and had us back in the car within 5 minutes on a Saturday night at 7. Greatly appreciate the friendly and prompt service, hopefully this never happens again but if it does we know who we’ll be calling! Thank you again!
