I would highly recommend North America Development. They did a fantastic job for a property renovation in Medford. They even completed the renovation under their projected timeline and budget! The communication was amazing and whenever I had a question I felt like they actually took the time to explain everything. 5 Stars!!

We built a single family house with NAD 2017-2018 - the project was not their typical bread and butter city condo - but a suburban single family that we planned to live in versus sell. We were pretty green coming into the world of construction, so we relied heavily on Jason and his teams expertise. We are so happy we did- we were able to build the house of our dreams. Any regular build/permit challenges we encountered Jason and his team handled with professionalism and swiftness.
