Matt was extremely helpful in helping us find our apartment in Medford! When we originally talked with Matt you could tell he really wanted to help find the best place for us. We had a few cities we were interested in and had to find a pet friendly place as well. Matt did a great job of finding apartments that matched our needs and stayed within the budget we were looking for.

Found Alex on accident, actually, because I didn't know how Zillow worked. We met him to view a few houses and he was great at giving us a realistic view of the market, the property, and anything else we wouldn't think to ask about (as first time home buyers, this was clutch). He was always flexible in meeting times and super patient when we were consistently late (which is appreciated when we were already flustered). He'd follow up with his recommendation on potential offer amounts, and provided data or clear logic on his recommendations so we understood where he was coming from

Alex really knows his stuff. He helped me through a very complicated home purchase a couple years ago that I honestly don't think would of happened if it hadn't been for his expertise and hard work. Alex had been instrumental in closing a deal for us in our first condominium. He helped us devise and act on a strategy that competed against cash-buyers and actually helped us successfully secure the property. We were willing to offer a higher amount, but Alex advised us to scale down our offer resulting in a great buy for less than what we were willing to offer!
