One of the original gas stations in this historic neighborhood, we passed through many well know family names. Around 2002, we began focusing on top end imports with all the special tools required, and the hand off from prior owner to current was done over time.

Friendly, courteous, great mechanic, very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I had taken it to the dealer and they couldn't diagnose the problem, John had it diagnosed in 15 minutes and fixed in 3 hours. The dealership wanted to charge me $450 just for a diagnosis and the problem was because they had been negligent during routine service. I will bring my car back here.

I've been using sovereign / eastport shell for the past 4-5 years for most of our regular maintenance as well as tire mounting / balancing (shipped directly from tire rack) on our older cars (2 BMWs, one with 130K miles). i've been really happy with the service. they're typically flexible and easy to schedule and i've never had to return for do-overs. prices are average to better than some. i absolutely trust their recommendations on non-routine maintenance / repairs since they have twice saved us money on unnecessary work that was pushed by a dealership.

Extremely professional, prompt and accurate estimate. Eastport Shell is one of few remaining, locally owned, automotive service stations, that develops and maintains a personal relationship with vehicle and owner.
I felt as if I was their only customer due to the attention I received, and their service is always impeccable.

I only bought gas here. It's a gas station. The pumps work, they have current state certification, and with the credit card swipe I don't have to talk to anyone. That's all good. I came to Shell because they have a reciprocity deal with Giant Food and I get a discount on fuel based on my grocery purchases.
Two stars because two customers pulled in during the time I was fueling and left their engines running while pumping gas. An employee came out to glad hand and hang out with the owners of the running cars. Really not impressed. I'll use another Shell station for my needs

I looked online to make sure the gas station would still be open. The times are listed as open until 9pm on Saturdays. When I went to the gas station, the lady had already closed and said that they close at 845pm and not the time listed. She said she needed those 15minutes to do paperwork so she could leave at 9pm. She said that the closing times listed were for the employees, and the time they stop helping customers is 15 minutes before the actual closing time. Someone might want to tell their staff this.

This place is terrible. I was told it would take 1.5 hours to get my car inspected. I left it with them and came back 3 hours later and they hadn't even started. I had originally gone to them when they opened so that I would be the first car they would work on. But they put several other cars in front of me as soon as I dropped off my car. The manager, Bud, was terrible. Do not go here. As I type this, which is 5.5 hours after I dropped off my car, they still have not done the inspection.

I took my car to Sovereign to have a simple oil change. After paying for the service I went to get in my car and the door handle simply lifted off the car. I notified the owner that someone had broken the door handle off and put it back on the car like nothing happened. The owner defended his staff and denied responsibility even after telling me they had trouble getting in the car. The owner said to me "Look at the car, It's a piece of sh*t, I'm not going to repair it but I'd be happy to give you an estimate." (The car is a 95 Nissan Pathfinder, but door handles don&apos
