I can’t even come close to being able to explain how blown away I was with the service we received here. Not only was it super fast it was reasonably priced. The fact that John takes the extra time to video/take pictures of the issues and send you a detailed explanation of your problem before he does anything is amazing. This is one of the first times I have left a mechanics shop and not felt like I had been taken for a ride. An honest, reasonable, fast mechanic is unheard of and John and his Wife Faith are like our needle in a haystack. You can’t go wrong with them and they have got my business

Great family business. John at Mastertech is a top notch pro! He has done several repairs of our family cars including rebuilding our Jeep Grand Cherokee, Mercedes, & BMW. I'm extremely Satisfied with this company. They have been amazing and did a great job with my car and also calming my nerves. They are amazing Christian people, i am having health issues an they took time out to stop and pray for me. I woul use NO ONE else for my car. They also fixed a huge problem that Valvoline instant oil change in Cleveland did with my car and kept great documentation ,as well as photos. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am thrilled to have called Roadside Mobile Mechanic for my truck repair. It had been sitting in my yard for 2 months, John came out and did a thorough diagnostic on it and saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs. Now my truck is back on the road. He is a real pro and doesn't waste time or your money! Five stars! Call him!
