One Love Yoga is a yoga studio in historic downtown Kent, Ohio. We are located inside the Silk Mill building on River Street across from the Kent Free Library. In order to meet all of our client's needs, we offer a variety of yoga classes from gentle to power vinyasa. Our yoga studio holds up to 50 mats and offers the beautiful sights and sounds of the Cuyahoga River.

The mission of One Love Yoga is to make a positive difference in the lives of people seeking to experience the practice of yoga and to provide a community space that welcomes all whether one is just beginning or an experienced practitioner. We support employees who align with our core values of respect, integrity, compassion and an appreciation and understanding that the earth's natural resources are limited.
Our studio grew out of a yoga community with a long tradition in Kent, Ohio. One of the first Northeast Ohio therapeutic yoga teacher trainings was held at Camp Asbury in 1997 and more followed. More teachers helped the community to grow until a dedicated and shared space for yoga and related activities was needed.
Please plan on arriving early to the studio if you are registering for the first time. You will need to arrive about 15 minutes early in order to provide your information and familiarize yourself with the yoga studio. Please dress in yoga attire or other similar workout gear. Our studio is heated between 80-90 degrees so please keep that in mind when planning to attend class.
At the One Love Yoga you will find an array of classes offered. Take a look at the descriptions of each class below to find the class that would best suit your yoga practice. The description of each class also includes level of experience. Restorative yoga is a style accessible for all levels of students.
Private yoga classes, any level, are now available at One Love! Whether you want the individualized detail of a private instruction for the development of your own practice, or a private class for a work group, sorority, fraternity or any campus organization. One Love can now cater to all your yoga needs.

The instructors to the people at the desk are so welcoming and friendly. Im new to yoga and a very shy/nervous person when it comes to new things, especially fitness activities, but everyone makes you feel at home and you are really able to focus on yourself rather than being worried about feeling judged.
The instructors also come around to help and try to challenge you in the best way possible! Love it here, dont wanna graduate and move away

This is the best yoga studio I've been to. Every instructor is excellent and yet unique so you will learn a lot from all the variety. You can get a great workout here, but it's a place where you get what you want out of it, and I know that it's never JUST a workout. There are always some great meditation and philosophy tips. And the store is really great and a nice place to get unique gifts.

One Love Yoga Boutique is my favorite yoga studio, and one of my favorite clothing shops in Kent! Combining the two under one roof was a great idea!
The studio has all kinds of different yoga classes that include different levels of difficulty. I'm a casual yoga enthusiast, so I usually take the beginners classes, but don't feel as if they're too difficult or too easy. My favorite class I've taken here was a body art yoga class. Everyone painted themselves with glow in the dark paint, and we did yoga in a dark room with really fun music. I love how creative the studio is!

This place rocks! I love this place so much. The staff is amazing! The yogi's are so knowledgable and each and everyone of them has something special that they bring to the table. They have flexible hours and tons of classes. Awesome yoga studio. Guarantee that you will come out of class a totally different person than the one that walked in.

I can't say enough nice things about One Love and its (newly united) sister yoga center, Kent Yoga. One Love's 1-time introductory pass is an incredible deal ($40 for a month of unlimited classes), and it has allowed me to try out the full gamut of classes and teachers that they host. The boutique on the ground level is an inviting way to enter the space. There are several roomy changing areas plus a bathroom on that level. The desk staff is always friendly, and someone always answers the phone when I call about a scheduling question (a rarity in most yoga studios!). The studio upstairs

I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary at One Love Yoga and Boutique and it has been one of the most enjoyable years of my life! I can't say enough positive things about April, Tim and Pam (owners), the staff and the amazing boutique! The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and loving. The workshops and classes are Fantastic. The selection and quality of the clothing and items in the boutique are Wonderful! I am beyond grateful to have found One Love Yoga and Boutique!
