Asana, or posture, is what we're really practicing in classes in order to realign our bodies, get in touch with the physical world, and teach ourselves to overcome obstacles, motivate change, ignite compassion, but most importantly, the physical act of the Asanas is to show us and help us to be still so that we may connect in a deeper and more meaningful way with the divine.

Services
A perfect all-level class with modifications, various depth ranges, and a safe atmosphere to just Be. The last 10 minutes of every class is reserved for a deep and relaxing restorative practice to allow your muscles and body to rest! Calm your body and clear your mind with an approachable class aimed towards find that rhythm in our bodies that we're sometimes not still enough to feel.
Our flexible 12 month schedule allows you to manage your training while giving you flexibility to merge your practice with your waking life. Options to extend your training if needed, are available. You will be required to attend regular yoga classes at Moksha, complete homework throughout your training, and pass a final culmination in order to receive your certification as this is aimed to be an immersive certification experience.

Lauren is one if the best yoga teachers I have ever had the pleasure to learn from! She is funny and professional ar the same time and takes extra moments to help you individually with poses and answer questions. I recently went to class with intense pain in my lower back. We spent an entire hour working the muscles and stretching them and voila! I am 100% back to normal this morning, after trying for days on my own.
