I think this is my second 5 star review. The team at Cortland Smiles is great. I go there myself and have benefitted from the thorough and caring dental work on my genetically cursed teeth. Today I brought my 2.5 year old son who is scared of doctors right now because he doesn’t like “having to get a stick up nice nose.” Couldn’t have been a better experience for him. The hygienist and Dr Nagpal each put him at ease and made going to the dentist fun! Thanks again!

I had the best experience at Cartland Smiles. I’ve never had such an amazing experience at a dental office. From the minute I walked in I felt so welcomed and cared for. The front desk staff, dental assistants & dentist were phenomenal. Dr. Nagpal kept me in the loop the whole time during my visit and made me feel comfortable. I will be going back and send my husband, family and friends to her office!!

Cortland Smiles is amazing! I had to find a new dentist post-pandemic and I couldn’t be happier I picked them. Dr. Nagpal is extremely kind and explained every step very clearly. She even texted me the day after I got cavities filled to see how I was doing! The office is decorated so well and is very clean. Gina and the two hygienists I spoke to were so friendly and made me feel at ease. They have hours that work well for lots of people (open late/on weekends) and are conveniently located near 90/94 and public transportation.

Cortland Smiles is such an amazing dental practice! I had been putting off some dental work, and I wanted to find a practice with people who would make me feel comfortable and at-ease, and that's exactly what I get here. I cannot tell you how fantastic Cortland Smiles is for this review would be too long. They have gone above and beyond in terms of explaining their services, options, hearing out their patients wants and concerns, as well as overall professionalism. I’ve struggled finding a dentist as passionate and attentive to what I’m looking for but this place is it. I have never really liked my smile but thanks to all the staff here with their unending kindness, I can feel great about myself and my confidence has soared. Hands down the best dental office in the city. I bounced around from a few different average places. But once I went to Cortland Smiles I knew I would be coming back forever. The facilities are clean and comfortable (they have Netflix). The staff is super friendly. And Dr. Nagpal is amazing. You can tell she really cares about her work and knows what she’s doing. I feel very comfortable there every time I go.

Best office in the city. Very punctual. For working professionals, being able to get in and out is key and they are always right on time. Very professional and nice staff. Dr. Nagpal always take the time to meet with patients and explain things. Feels a lot less transactional. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Cortland Smiles is a professional, local, women owned and operated dentist office. It's impeccably clean, and the staff is incredibly professional, punctual, and pleasant. I have been seeing Dr. Nagpal for over 2 years and never once have I had to wait in the waiting room for more than a moment or two. I'd highly recommend Cortland Smiles to anyone!

Dr. Nagpal and her staff are very nice and down to earth. The office is absolutely gorgeous. It was my first dental visit in almost 2 years after a negative experience elsewhere, and I was on guard. But after my initial visit and the work done and the various small follow-ups, I would definitely recommend Cortland Smiles to anyone I care about.
