By far the best dental office I have ever been to. I was in and out and felt that all of my questions and problems were answered and or resolved within my short visit. I waited a month for my root canal appointment, and when I got there they said it had been filled because I didn’t confirm my appointment. I asked what number they had on file and it was one from YEARSS ago. I KNOW they had my new number because i’ve gotten multiple confirmation calls and texts to this one and have all the proof. Not only that but I called less than a week ago asking about medication for my anxiety..so they had my phone number from that as well. I know it’s their job to fill unconfirmed appointments, but I also know they DID have my new number. I was telling the receptionist

Scheduled several appointments with this dentist. On one appointment they were supposed to work on 3 teeth and finish the job but only did 1. On the next appointment I arrived and was told that the doctor is not in the office that day and I was never told to come in. I got the card that said the time and date to confirm that I was told to come in, and they used a myriad of other excuses and the lady said "ha ha" as I left the building that day. They never called to confirm the appointments, when I asked why they did not tell me it was cancelled they said "they did so through text message". I never

I came in and barely had to wait for a quick check-up and cleaning. As usual Dr. Singh and his staff are professional and informative as well as being very friendly and helpful. I very much appreciate the the cleanliness and pandemic precautions. I also really appreciate that the cleaning, while perfectly thorough, was thankfully far less aggressive than other practices that I've gone.
