Services
Bea is a third generation healthcare provider. She grew-up in Berlin, Germany. She received her Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz in 2001. After practicing acupuncture in California for seven years, she opened the Harmony Acupuncture Clinic here in Salt Lake City in 2008.
At Harmony Acupuncture we have been specializing in fertility treatments since 2009. We use research based techniques to promote conception naturally, or via IUI or IVF procedures. We work directly with all the fertility clinics and their reproductive endocrinologist in this area. We love being a crucial part for our patients fertility team.
I am so thankful to Bea for her extensive knowledge about treating infertility with Chinese Medicine. After repeated attempts at pregnancy, I was at the point with my infertility treatments where I thought my husband and I would remain childless. While doing some research about infertility, I read success stories of other women who used acupuncture to increase their fertility/chance of a successful in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle.

Kristen is amazing! She has the knowledge and skills to help with many different types of health concerns. She has personally helped me heal from various conditions for many years. She is also very kind, understanding and non judgmental. I would give her my highest recommendation. The clinic itself is also very warm and relaxing.

Kristen is an amazing acupuncturist!
She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Besudes thaf she listens carefully, explains what she suggests thoroughly and is extremely empathetic.
During the years l have been treated by Kristen she has helped me (and my body) recover from knee replacements, bone fractures, depression and digestive problems.
Although acupuncture is scientifically based, I often find myself thinking of it as "Kristen's Magic" because it works when Western Medicine does/has not.
Needles? What needles? All one feels is a tense body relaxing. Then resting and perhaps sleeping

Bea was recommended by my doula to help me prepare for labor and delivery. Having never done acupuncture before I was a little unsure of what to expect. Bea was so fantastic, peaceful, knowledgeable and professional. I experienced a noticeable difference after each treatment. I can't recommend her enough (and I do recommend her to everyone)!

Bea is amazing. I moved from the area years ago and have yet to find an acupuncturist who can even come close to Bea! She is gentle, kind, attentive, calming, and so great at what she does. A friend recommended Bea at Harmony Acupuncture after I mentioned having very little success using traditional Western medicine (multiple radio frequency ablation procedures and pain medications) to treat neck pain following a car accident.
