Beware.. I booked a resort from extra holidays and cancelled within the cancellation period and they said I will get the refund with in 7-10 business days. I checked after 3 weeks and to my surprise they still had my money and told me there was a system glitch..Really??? Just imagine, If you do not check your refund on your credit card...!!

Beware they use deceptive marketing and share properties. You may think your booking at one and they place you at another. Stay as far from this booking agent as possible. It won’t be long before they close down this logo and file under a new entity. Remain vigilant for any similarity.

This place was a joke on our stay 7/20. Booked a stay at Windham Pagosa Springs Resort in Colorado. Extra Holidays happily charged our credit card early July.
We show up... No reservation! Called Extra Holidays, were hung up on a number of times. Finally got someone who wanted to talk to the manager at Pagosa Springs and no resolution.
I will happily post the reservation email for proof that we had a reservation. Hope you all can fix this so I do not need to protest the credit card charges!

This company is a scam. I purchase a discounted vacation package with my debit card. When I confirmed my reservation they only allow you to check in with a major credit card. When i asked for a refund they state it is past the refund date. Clearly a scam to get money over the phone.

When we went to so called owner information meetings, which were nothing more than glorified sales pitches we made the sales people aware of the lies we had been told at previous meetings. Each time we were assured that the issues we had encountered previously would be corrected with the new contract and each time we were lied to. Wyndham has been aware of the totality of these grievances for well over a year as we have been working to try to get our

I called the Wyndham reward few days ago to book a hotel, after I was done, they said we have a great package for you and transferred me to another person (Carla-579694), She offered 3 nights and 4 days at Wyndham grand desert in Las Vegas for $159.00, she mentioned other no star hotels also which I wanted to end the call, when she said "I guarantee it will be at Wyndham grant desert" then I purchased that package which I had to book within next 6 month and up on arriving listen to a two hours marketing presentation and receive 30000 points.
Now, I am on the Club Wyndham web site the
