My best friend and I stayed at 1425 900 N Promenade 302 October 19th - 25th. This condo is amazing. The view is great as it overlooks the promenade and the ocean. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We are already planning a trip to come back!

This is the second year we've stayed in the Seaview Penthouse (401), and we've already booked again for next year. Hard to say what we like the most: the south and west-facing views, the spaciousness of the unit, the luxury amenities, or the friendly customer service.
We loved the fireplace and the comfy beds, the high-end touches in the bathrooms, and the well-stocked kitchen. It's just a lovely, lovely place to spend a long girlfriends' weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Girls Getaway at Big House, Little Beach in Gearhart, Oregon. The home is even more stunning than in the photos, and was extremely comfortable and functional for our group of 6 ladies. We enjoyed making and sharing meals together in the kitchen, warming up around the cozy bonfire at night and enjoying cocktail hour and catch up convos in the living room while enjoying the spectacular ocean views out of the grand windows. We had a restorative weekend of quality time together and in nature while staying at Big House, Little Beach. We look forward to visiting again next year

We had such a wonderful week (October 18-21) away at 888 Little Beach Drive. The team at Seaside Vacation Homes was so great to work with. I love when you work with a company and they give you the feeling that… they are genuinely interested in providing the best experience for the customer first. Communication with the team there, especially Jodie, was always a great experience We arrived to a very throughly clean and well stocked home, we can’t recommend staying here enough! We are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids 6 and under). We loved that the house and not only was it stocked

We rented a great house in Seaside for our golf trip. It was absolutely perfect for our needs! The place looked brand new! Well, I think it is pretty new. Anyways, the folks at Seaside Vacation homes were a pleasure to work with and we will be calling them again for our next trip up the coast! Highly recommend them and ya save a bunch of cash as opposed to using one of the major rental listers. Thanks again Seaside!

Stayed in late Oct at 1665 Beach Drive in Seaside to visit with my sons & his wife’s new baby. It was convenient to chores I needed to get done for my own vacation rental. I love the fact that it is a local company. They have customer service down. They do a great job and we had a great visit. The hot tub was nice with the rain falling down, the fireplace gas heater was super warm, we had to regulate it…and the Lewis and Clark salt works was just around the corner as well as the promenade walk where you could go for quite awhile. Wish we had more time to do that but alas time was too short

The Little Beach House in Gearhart was an awesome home to stay in for the week. We had a relaxing fun time with our two daughters enjoying the views from the house. The home was cavernous with plenty of space for us to spread out and find a quiet corner to read. The kitchen was probably the best kitchen I had ever cooked in with plenty of space, utensils, small appliances and a quiet dishwasher. If you love to cook you need to cook here. Overall the experience was great given this was our first time booking. I didn't really want to come home.

The Modern Marvel home in Gearhart Beach was the perfect house for our family Reunion. We had a wonderful time with our four daughters and their families. Plenty of space to gather all together and space to spread out and find that quiet spot with your favorite book or device. The home was clean and well stocked.

We had an amazing vacation in seaside! We rented “Seas the Day” (2366 ocean vista (July 12-19, 2021) and the view of the ocean is absolutely stunning!! 2 Bed, 2 bath and was the perfect size for our get away… as well as when some family came to visit. We try to go up to seaside every year to celebrate my husbands and sons birthdays which are on the same day! Our son passed away in 2015, so we like to continue that tradition full of amazing memories and seaside vacation homes made it easy, enjoyable, and well worth the trip. After 5 different previous Seaside vacation rentals we turned to them again for a family of 15 gathering for 4 nights at The Reunion House. It exceeded expectations in the beautiful upkeep, size of all rooms, comfort, stock of all kitchen supplies, separate recreation toys (ping pong, air hockey, etc), parking for 5, front spacious patio along prom and, location, location. We stayed here the week of April 3-7 at the 361 S. Prom unit 202 condo which is right on the beach front Promenade and only a block and half from main street which is Broadway St. We loved this spacious beautiful 3 bedroom condo with 3 full baths. Condo had a fully loaded kitchen and all the amenities you need! Master bedroom had it's own fireplace and it's own access to big outside deck and a stunning view from the master bedroom. Full open ocean front views of gorgeous beach, sunsets and the main Promenade from the living room, dining room and kitchen. We will be back to this unit in the future
