NEVER ORDER GLASSES FROM THIS LOCATION! You will never receive them. It has been almost two months since ordering glasses. I not received so much as a phone call from this location. Get your prescription and run!

I went in for my yearly visit and asked the doctor if there was a less expensive or generic brand that I could try as my box of contacts was $90. He replied you should spend less on your nails and more on your contacts. I won't be going back.

I took my 2 children to receive eye exams at this location. Everything with the eye exam went fine and the staff is also fine. But the turn around on the glasses is ridiculous! It should not take 2 months to receive glasses! Yes, 2 months! I called serval times and apparently it’s “FedEx” fault. This is not the first time I have had an issue with getting glasses from them. I should have followed my first mind and opted not to purchase glasses with them. I should have went with LensCrafters. Therefore, I would recommend them for an eye exam but I would strongly suggest you find another location

Tried to call and schedule an appointment for my children (we have been going here for years); took like 10 tries on calling them to finally get someone to answer the phone w/o Hanging up on me. Then finally at the end of our conversation 10min call; to tell me they no longer accept my insurance (Also while on phone with this lady, she rudely started to talk to someone else while I was on the phone (thought she was talking to me the customer) nope other staff member. I WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN

Dr. Obana and the office staff made me feel very comfortable during my eye appointment. Very knowledgeable! I definitely will be back and would highly recommend to anyone!

I've had great experience with Dr. Obana. Professional, knowledgeable, and best of all, personable! Initially had him as my eye doctor at a different location and since then have insisted to keep him as my primary optometrist even if it means I have to change locations. He's that good! I truly appreciate him going above and beyond his job description by going the extra mile of educating and informing me everything I need to know about my eye and what preventative actions I can take! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Great experience! The staff is nice and very helpful. Their equipment is amazing and gave me a perfect prescription. I wear progressives and am very nearsighted and this is by far the best exam and lenses I've ever had.

I came in a few days ago to get my eyes checked and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the friendly front desk lady. The place looked very clean and they had very nice glasses and the optician was very knowledgeable about the lenses that I needed!! I was very happy with my experience all around. I am going to suggest this place to all my family and friends!

SCAMERS! Read all the fine print before your exam. I called days before my scheduled appointment to ask if they accepted my insurance. I was told I would only have to pay a $10 co-pay. I get there complete exam with less than friendly staff, sent over to try on glasses with a really pleasant gentleman who gave me my total for the day which ended up being over $100 dollars. I was charged for a fancy life exam on my eyes that I didn't ask for but apparently is hidden in email. Then charged a crazy amount to be fitted for contacts when I have normally paid less for a complete visit with no vision

The staff here is top notch. Been here many times and moved 1 hour away tried a local eye doctor and it was not what I was used to. They were nice but we're trying to just charge me whatever they price was without doing a proper insurance check. I drove 1 hour back to cedar hill eye care and it was well worth it!! They double checked my insurance and the nice lady that sets up the order told me 2 separate times that she was going to check again cause she wanted me to get the best deal. This place is awesome!! Thanks doctor O./ staff!!
