First Eye Care, Inc. is an association of optometrists formed in 1985. Our goal is to have successful practices filled with happy patients. The original 18 doctors maintain independent optometry practices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Carrollton, Plano, Irving, Bedford, Killeen, Southlake, Prosper, Weatherford, Roanoke, Corsicana and North Richland Hills.

Medical insurance plans usually cover services related to the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases or eye injuries. Return visits are covered as long as they are medically necessary. We may accept other plans as well, so if you do not see your plan listed here, please give us a call and we would be happy to assist you.

Punctal dilation is an effective treatment for several types of ocular infection and excessive watering. Closure of the lacrimal punctum is indicated in the treatment of various forms of ocular surface disease.

Dr.Burton is very caring and professional. He answered all my questions and made me feel like he cared genuinely about his patients. But, as for the entire front staff , they don't do their job properly. Every time I have placed an order here for glasses they never call me when they're ready. Doctors are great but front desk people ruin this place.

I have done business with this first eye care store for years its always clean, the Doctors and staff very professional and friendly. Darcy one of the techs is very good at making sure your eyewear is right and he's my go to for my eyewear experience. The latest fashion styles for the eyes are here.

Wow! I had a 7:00 am appointment with Dr Burton. It was great that they opened early so I could make it to work on time. When I arrived at 7 am they were already there waiting for me. The staff is super professional and the place is immaculate. I joked with Dr Burton that the place looked new and he said he has been at this location since 1995 ( I need the cleaning person's number :) ). Dr Burton efficiently diagnosed my vision problem in @ 20 minutes and prescribed me the perfect bi-vision contacts. It was refreshing to have a Dr and staff treat me so well and very pleasant. Been going there for the last four years and I always find nice designer frames ! Everyone compliments me on my frames. This place is the best!! The two young girls who work at front desk who look like twins are so sweet and lovely very courteous. Not sure about the other one with glasses. Overall place is great !
