I was going to give 1 star, but gave an extra star for the good location and neighborhood. The reason I am giving poor rating is due to their outrageous rent hike upon lease renewal. I was paying $1850 per month for 3 bedroom apartment, and then it went up to $2500 per month on lease renewal. Rent is much higher if I decide to do lease renewal less than 6 months. Never seen apartment rent going up so high in just one year. Think twice before leasing.

Our move went smoothly. The apartment was very clean. The office staff was very courteous and always helpful. The pool facility is wonderful and we are enjoying it. We feel very safe. No noise. The closeness of the grocery, restaurants and other shops is very convenient. We are very happy with our decision to move to the Junction. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Love this community! It's very clean, the maintenance team is always fast and reliable, and the leasing team is friendly and helpful. The pool, firepit, gym, and other amenities are well-maintained. Conveniently located near shopping and situated in a beautiful development, this community is a great place to live!

My girlfriend and I have stayed here for over a year and have not had a negative experience once. The staff here make things very convenient. The leasing office works very hard to work with all residents or future residents to provide the perfect experience. Our experience with Wendy in the leasing office was spectacular. I would certainly recommend this establishment to any future renters.

One of the most beautiful communities I’ve had the pleasure of visiting! The office team is AMAZING and treats you like royalty! You cannot beat the location with walkability to dining and shopping and the apartment homes are top notch! I love that they have elevators too. You will LOVE living here—Hawthorne Residential Partners truly know how to ‘Live the Difference’!
