The Landings’s was nothing short of professional and accommodating. My leasing agent Amanda went above and beyond to help us find the apartment for me and my family. Her responsiveness and overall hospitality made a lasting impression on me. Since moving in we have had zero problems, we feel extremely comfortable in asking for any services through the front office. Great place and even better staff.

I tried holding out on a review but, it’s worth it to save someone else the headache. The neighbors are amazing as well as the upkeep of the neighborhood. The homes are old but, they are still nice. They could use an update but, you get what you pay for. The Maintenance crew is really respectful and help as much as they can. The issue is the management. When there is something that they wish that you do or notice something that you don’t do, they will send a snarky rude email. However, They barely respond to your emails when you have a concern and when they do respond, it’s very combative

The buildings are old. You should set your expectations accordingly. Nonetheless, it's well maintained and the maintenance staff are responsive and friendly. The same could be said of the office staff as well. I closed on a house before the end of my lease, and they were willing to work with me in terminating the lease early as long as there was a new tenant for my unit.
When I first moved in, I missed a few items when I went through my initial walk through. They were nice enough to add it to my initial list after I had already turned it in as long as it was something that was documented from

Completely taken advantage of.
Our experience here started off good but went downhill. We loved being able to walk to Birkdale and that was about it. The units are older, basic, and bland but, as first time renters, we couldn’t be too picky considering the low rent. I will say, we never had any major maintenance related issues, a handful of little things that were promptly fixed. (expect one garbage disposal issue that was delayed first because of COVID-19 and then further delayed because either Amanda or Patsy considered it a non-emergency even though it caused the sink and dishwasher to flood

I give it two stars because the apartment itself was great and we had no problems with it. However that office staff is terrible, every time I’ve talked to Amanda in the calmest way she has an attitude and doesn’t try to help in any way. They play nice but when it comes to money they don't care what happens to you and won’t work with you either. You know it’s bad when even the maintenance people tell you that’s exactly how they are in that office and they’ve seen it happen to people over and over.

Absolutely love living here. I've lived in many apartment complexes over the years and this one is really good. It may be a little older but the units and grounds are well maintained. The office staff is friendly. The maintenance staff are very responsive and friendly. The neighbors are nice, its never too noisy, there's lots of parking.
If you don't need a lot of bells & whistles in an apartment, and just need a nice play to live at a reasonable price--I'd definitely check this place out!

I am leaving a five star review because the maintenance staff here is fantastic! I had a lock-related emergency this morning, and Ralph with maintenance was an absolute lifesaver! He responded to my call almost immediately, and was so kind and helpful in getting the issue resolved. Thanks a million, Ralph!! And thanks to the Landings for employing such wonderful maintenance staff members that really care. They truly make all the difference!
