Worked for this company and was outperforming on all levels at my position. I noticed my call numbers on Cisco being messed with internally one day by IT user “black bull” and was able to determine that he set up a temp to perm connection on my phone and was making me miss calls repeatedly showing poor performance for that day. When I reported it to my managers I was called into HR and fired!!! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY STAY FAR AWAY, hopefully the techs in the field appreciated my hard work and quick response times....place is a joke!!!!

Very unethical business practices. Will not do work for them again. Arrived onsite with purchased parts just to have service call canceled while I am onsite. Unpaid. I spent time and money and this Company OWES me for that. Would not recommend this company to anyone unless you are OK with not being paid for your services
