TechGen Consulting is a top notch small business IT provider. We needed them in an emergency as our server was infected with ransomware. After extensive meetings with TechGen and my IT guy who worked with my business (as a friend). We hired on Tech Gen as our "Full Time" consultants for a monthly fee. we did this a couple of months ago and to this day are very happy with the results and communication.

I decided to write a letter in March to the company president to inform him of my experience. Just last week we talked on the phone and he thanked me for sharing my experience. He said that they'd recently implemented some changes so as to avoid further customer confusion (refurbished vs. new parts). He also agreed to order me another *new* keyboard (because the first *new* one I got turned out to have a "loose tooth sort of key") and will have one of his staff contact me once it arrives at their door.
I'll give another 1/2 star for the attentiveness of the company president
