I reached out to Adam directly and he connected me with Josh to clean things up on my computer. Josh was very prompt to communicate with me, gave flexible times and dates to schedule our maintenance call, and didn't make me feel less for not knowing basic details about tech. The service we received far exceeded our expectations in quality, time savings, and price. The person who logged in remotely to set up our QBs on new computers was easy to work with and communicated really well with all of our team members. We had a previous experience with another company for the same setup and it took 3 days and thousands of dollars and left us with some weird glitches. OAC was done in 2 hours and everything is working great. We will definitely keep them as a resource for future use.

Amazing customer service! Alex is super professional and thorough. I don't even have to leave home, OAC Technology helps me from the comfort of home (wherever I am) with their virtual assistance. Alex was so patient, he talked me through every step to get my printer working with my laptop again. I never have to worry with these guys just a phone call a way.

Calling OAC! We have a 10-33! My wife's Macbook died and didn't have a backup!
We contacted Adam to see if he could recover the files and get the laptop and running again. His guys performed thorough troubleshooting, determined the OS had corrupted, backed up all of the files, and repaired the OS. They also thoughtfully offered to upgrade the aging HDD and migrated the files to the new HDD without any issue. The laptop works better than it did before the incident, and everything is exactly where it was before.

I called to question a bill that seemed high for the services provided. I did not have any intention of not paying it because I know how costly IT services can be, I just wanted clarification. In my conversation with Adam, he said, "I am NOT going to pay MY people people to play phone tag. That should not come out of MY pocket." While I admit that we had difficulty connecting it didn't seem to be that extreme, nor was our IT issue urgent. The conversation did not even get heated, but it ended by Adam saying, "throw away the bill, just don't call us again!" Which
