Services
Patterson Autobody is a landmark site for the regular commuters that use either Route 117 or Route 62 to work and back. Easy to find from either direction just on the Stow side of the Maynard-Stow town line. The new larger air-conditioned modern building with a quiet office and main workshop out back has stood on the site since 2004.
Patterson's Autobody is primarily a collision repair business, however, the same equipment and skills needed to repair a modern car can also be used on the bodywork of an older vehicle. Frank Patterson has always had an interest in vehicles of all kinds so if you have an car or motorcycle that needs a lot of work, talk with Patterson Autobody to see how they can help.
The bodyshop at Pattersons Autobody is where vehicles are placed during realignment and reassembly. The bodyshop contains a computer-driven laser measuring system that helps to exactly align bodywork. Alignment can be compared with the original factory specifications so that repairs can be made an exact match with the original.
There is no charge for Patterson Autobody to provide you with an estimate on any work we can review on our premises. Just bring the vehicle to our location anytime during our business hours and we will gladly write one up for you. This will depend on the amount of work your vehicle repair requires and also how busy we are.

Quality workmanship and superior painting! They recently repaired my door that had a dent which involved them painting both doors on the same side to blend in with the entire truck; workmanship and color match was great; for someone like me who has a keen eye I was impressed as I could not even tell. Always happy when I have had Patterson do work for me.

They installed a battery, metal covering for the e-brake, new rear view mirror, bra and new trunk emblem for the 2007 Mustang that a group of friends and family gave to my GF for her 50th birthday. They did an AWESOME job at a very fair price. Can't thank them enough. (Thanks, Frank, for putting up with my light insanity :) ) Only reason I gave them 5 stars is because 6 stars wasn't available!

Patterson’s did a WONDERFUL job fixing a large gouge on my Subaru. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service, timeliness, pricing and professionalism. We heard about Patterson’s from Car Talk years ago (they were highly wreck-amended). I’ve been rear-ended two separate times and brought my car here. They understand that folks can be passionate about their cars (Car Talk should be a clue). They took great care with my car and fixed it as good as new. These guys know cars! Instead of feeling like my car had surgery, I feel like it had a mini vacation. Frank is a great guy and has a great team in the front office. Courteous and personable. Can’t say enough good things about them. Writing my first review as I wish I could give them 10 stars

Frank and his team did an amazing job on my precious car, and when there turned out to be a slight issue they JUMPED on it, fixed it, and even delivered my car back to my house. Plus, Frank has a sense of humor and can take a joke, which is fantastic. Great people, amazing work, amazing customer service. (and I'm seriously picky) Would INSTANTLY recommend them to anyone.

Best auto body shop around! Friendly staff at the door will walk you through all the needed procedures for your insurance claim and rental situation. The local rental place picked me up from the body shop and all together made it a very smooth, seamless process. The body shop is very communicative and will answer your phone calls and emails promptly, whatever your concerns may be. They do the work very timely and do the best they can working with the insurance companies too. You can trust these guys with your car. They do a lot of work for the local dealers too, so they're very experienced with
