Matthew Southard!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. He has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. He has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that he is just real. I like how well he knows his local and surrounding communities. He is very on the ball too, getting back to you very fast with updates and always answering his phone. My fiancé and I are currently renting a home through Matthew and he is the best! He was so helpful with the whole rental paperwork process and got us in to view the house very fast. He has been helpful the whole time we have been here. I would definitely recommend giving him a call if you're looking to rent in the area!
