This auto shop is the best, when I first came to Premier I was looking for a second opinion in a repair on my car, Harr Toyota was charging me 2,300 dollars to fix a oil leaking in the engine which ended up not been true. Premier fixed for 20 dollars, it was a problem with oil filter. I highly recommend premier.

I needed brakes system changed, the front desk staff was knowledgeable and guided me as to what to expect, I dropped off my car and was later called to discuss what the problem and solution was. In the meantime I was in a hurry to go pick up my kids, it wasn't a problem at all, I was offered a courtesy vehicle to go pick them up. I highly recommend this place, call or go talk to Ashley, she will assist you in getting your car back on the road and in great condition.

Premier Auto went above and beyond when servicing my Volvo. After not being able to get into the dealership for a month, I called up and spoke with Ashley. She was amazing in getting me in right away! I love their online estimate service where I get an email and can approve all work right there. The price is broken down and explained in very clear detail. Lastly, they have loaner vehicles on site. This made it so convenient to drop off my car in the AM and head to work. No need to call out or stay home! If you ever need service, Premier Auto will definitely take care of you, could not recommend

Bought my car through CarMax and this repair shop was listed on their approved mechanics so I chose it based on location but could NOT be MORE happy that I did! From the first interaction (making the appointment) until pickup they were beyond kind and so prompt at giving us updates and fixing my car ASAP! I had to send someone to pick my car up for me so they sent an invoice that I easily paid online and conveniently set my car up for and easy pick up! Bet repair shop I’ve ever been to! They didn’t try to talk us into needing a bunch of unnecessary repairs either! Ended up having a Fuel injector

Was considering buying a new car but they fixed my 2011 Nissan very well (so far at least). Expensive experience but very professional and courteous staff—Ashley deserves an award. What I like the most is that, the way they communicate diagnostics is modern—you get photos and descriptions of the problems and they are excellent at getting back to you about the options you elect. You can tell that they work hard and put a lot of effort into their job. Will be back!

This business is great! Very friendly staff and easy to work with! My car broke down and I was out of town, and this was where I got it towed to. They were fast in Diagnosing the issues, and used explained to me everything I needed to get done. Super tech savvy in which they sent me a brilliant link to the inspection and details of the car.

I’ve had my vehicle serviced twice here and had great experiences both times! Ashley is excellent at what she does. She’s professional, courteous, and friendly, a definite asset to the business. The technicians did a great job on my vehicle both times. As soon as I drove away, I felt a noticeable improvement in the way my car runs. The experience felt upfront and honest which I appreciate because this has not been my experience at many other auto repair places. I will definitely recommend Premier to my friends and family.

Where do I begin. First let me say I should have done this in July but life got in the way. My daughter was having car issues and being new to the area I was worried about the type of service she would get going to any shop. I had a fuel pump changed for 590.00 at a different shop, and they used a 5 star quality fuel pump. The part was almost 400.00. It is a easy job for a mechanic or technician to do. This place wanted to charge me over 900.00 dollars to do it!!!! The fuel pump is under the seat, no way it should be charged over 900.00 to change it. It is a easy job to do for my type of vehicle.

I learned about Premier on YELP. They were very close to where I live so I went there to check them out to talk to them and see how they approach their work. I was impressed so I made an appointment for my wife's 2006 Honda Pilot for an oil change and check up. They did a complete check up and let me know of any immediate issues and work that will be needed in the future. I gave them the go ahead for a part that needed replacement as well as the oil change. I was extremely impressed with them and they will be my go to shop from now on. Thanks Tom and John.

Brought my car in for a typical oil change and was very satisfied. They went above and beyond. I figured all I needed was an oil change but beside just changing my oil they tested my battery, checked my air filter, check all fluids in my car, checked out the front end and looked for leaks. They told me my air filter was dirty and that I needed a new battery. Unfortunately I didn't have enough money at the team but I went back and had both of those replaced by them. These guys are the best! Unbelievable customer service, great price. Couldn't be happier. They truly take price in their work, and make the experience stress-free. They went completely out of their way to get the job done (so much so that I don't want to list exactly what they did, because it would be impossible to do in every case!). Just know that they are straight-shooters, and they have access to quality vendors and only order quality products.
