I was here Jan. 24th at the NICEVILLE office and came into have my son get a cavity filled. When I can in they acted like they had no idea what was going on. I have been coming here for a few years and have never seen the same doctor or any of the staff, it’s constant turn over. They harass me with scheduling reminders and then they end up calling me to reschedule because there was a always an issue with staffing.

I am switching my family dental. I have been a customer with them for a while. They used to be better a couple of years a go. They used to check with the insurance for you before you agreed to do the procedure what the insurance would cover approximately but today they don't know what insurance would cover and they won't check with the insurance for me. I don't mind doing the procedure they recommend as long as it helps to improve my teeth and gum health ( though I know there's not much improvement because of my age and things just get naturally deteriorated. No stars are deserved! I have visited OFD a couple of times. I went yesterday for a follow up from a tooth being extracted in December 2021. I am having pain in the same location of the extraction. After about 30 minutes, Dr. Le entered. At first, Dr. Le said it was tissue. After I told him it feels like part of the tooth that was extracted, then he had the tech do an xray. I wasn't very pleased with him or the technician. She was trying to xray the wrong side of my mouth. I HAD to tell her which side to xray. Surely, there should be some notes from previous visits. After waiting for another 30

I have been going to Okaloosa Family Dentist for about 2 years now. They have always been very thorough in both teeth cleaning and gum disease. They let you know where they are in the process, how long it will take and if you have any questions. Their equipment is all new state of the art technology. I would recommend them.

Wow. Just wow. This was my first experience with OFD and I'm just blown away! I met Gina my tech and knew right away I was going to like her. She told me their practice is to always have the same tech/ hygienist with you so you establish a trusting relationship!! I love that! Then offered me a blanket! Lip balm! TV!! It was so thoughtful and kind. I felt very seen and never rushed. I was educated thoroughly by Gina every procedure and process. Dr. Tran was kind, efficient and very thorough! Well done across the board!!!

I scheduled an appointment for a simple exam at 10:30 am and my mouth wasn’t opened for this exam until 11:25–this is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Other than that, the Dentist and Technicians were very thorough; they explained all aspects of what they found. I was pleasantly surprised to not walk out of there with an over-zealous treatment plan! Thank you Dr. Tran and staff for a great visit! See you again soon👍🏼
