Bought a dental plan from the office. Accidentally put the charge for their Dental Plan, on the wrong card. Called and left messages to the office manager Shawn, so I could switch card charges. She has been giving me the run around, not answering my messages, and having other staff claim that she is not in the office, when she very well is. ( Had a friend that saw her in the office the very hour I called, who can verify). She is an outright LIAR. All I wanted to do was change credit card charges. But, I think she thinks that I wanted to cancel it period. Well, thanks to her shady tactics, I will

This office is located on the bottom floor near the South entrance. You can pull up to the South entrance and you go in and it is to the right. Easy-to-access. Nice open courtyard with plants in a fountain. we did not use this dentist so I do not know the experience of its office, but the location is very nice.

The team they have here is friendly and welcoming, however they disregard appointment times and the importance of their clients schedules. The hygienist did a great job with cleaning, but a xray/cleaning should not take up to 2.5 hours. Beware of selling tactics on procedures most insurances will not cover.
