Eric grew up in Pittsburgh and graduated from Penn State. He is is a licenced PA Vehicle Damage appraiser and writes estimates on behalf of many insurance companies. Beth holds a bachelors degree and has been with Tachoir since 2014. She helps with accounting, parts, and keeping customers updated with their vehicle repairs.

I took my car to get an estimate done by Eric @ Tachoir Auto Body. He was very pleasant and helpful in talking me through the entire process of what I needed done and costs associated with my repair.
I knew I would be in "good hands" getting may car repaired here because this was not my first visit. My Dodge Journey needed repairing because of deep surface scratches in the rear door panel. Needless to say, when I got my car back, I was very happy with the repair. My car looked brand new. The technicians did a fabulous job at matching the paint color of the panel with the rest of the car. I also

Overwhelmingly satisfied with the superb auto repair and customer service provided here that I have to write a review.
I got into a fender bender where my rear bumper had a sizable dent and multiple scratches and its practically like new! I also noticed several other areas where there were scratches I had before but that was taken care of as well. They also had washed my car which was a pleasant surprise and very grateful for it.

I brought my car for some paint job.. after waiting all week for my car it was time to get it after checking the car it turns out they did the work halfway and the car came back with more damages and the owner is admit some of them but he don't want to admit some of the other damages and he was rude. the guy Tyler and the front desk women they were great but the owner and the mechanic that were ruled they don't know what they doing car halfway done try this place.

My daughter wrecked her car and we took it to Mr. Tachoir for repairs. Everything went perfectly. The car was ready in a very reasonable time period. The repairs were first rate. The paint match was excellent. I am not sure you can really ask for anything more. They were friendly and courteous. Very professional. This was my first time dealing with this shop. I hope I never have another accident to deal with. If I do, I will take it back to them.

I have been using Tachoir for over ten years, and with three teen age drivers, Tachoir has done many repairs for me. They are the BEST! The repair work is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and it is a truly trouble free process. As an insurance agent, they are always the first body shop I recommend. I had a phenomenal experience at Tachoir Auto Body. My BMW was hit by a local dealership's car, and the dealership recommended Tachoir. It was a little far out of the way (Clairton) but I was pleasantly dealt with by Roger the owner.
They have been in business for 40 years and now I know why.
My bumper was fixed - it looks impeccable - and was finished earlier than expected.
Overall, I would highly recommend Tachoir Auto Body!
