This place does not care about the property at all The deck behind my apartment is falling apart Also the stairs are falling apartment. They fixed the stairs in the past but the guys just nail the same piece of rotted wood back on to fix it when they should replace the whole staircase in my opinion I guess their going to wait until someone falls down the stairs and they have a lawsuit on their hands DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE YOU'D BE BETTER OFF NEXT DOOR AT FENIMORE TRACE

Lived at this complex for one year. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only plus side was that maintenance was friendly. Apartment was not nice, as the buildings are old and outdated. The facilities are not great and there are always problems (pool opened late, mold was found in bath tub, leaky bathroom sink, and thats just a few problems). Dog owners do not pick up after their dog and the smell is repugnant. When my boyfriend & I moved out the complex was bought out and changes kept happening with no notice. I feel that we were treated as sources of income and not actual human beings. Great location as it is conveniently

Office staff not helpful. Maintenance never shows. Will mark you for everything at move out so there is no way they have to pay back deposits. Not a safe place to live at all drug deals everywhere. Couldn’t even get my front door fixed for 6 months. The only positive is that they take dogs. I would not recommend.

Lived here for less than a year when one night I was sleeping in my room and all the sudden the ceiling collapsed on me. There was a huge hole in the ceiling with water dripping down and the carpet was soaking wet. When maintenance finally got there after 2 hours and admitting to me they thought I was lying when I told them, everything was ruined. Clothes, furniture, all our personal belongings got ruined and had to be thrown away. We had to move out that morning. A couple months before this happened I had called them to let them know the windows were leaking and making the floors all wet. Nothing

Lived there for two years and a few months. Some of the neighbors don’t clean up after their dogs which sucks. But I needed to extend my lease for an unknown amount of time and the women in the office were super accommodating and very nice to work with. The maintenance guys are cool as hell and will take care of whatever you need from a leak to a broken closet door and anything in between.

I have been extremely happy living here at Highland club. My roommate and I love the size of our apartment. There is plenty of closet space and the convenience of the laundry is also a big plus, one in every building. The office staff is both friendly and helpful. Every concern we have had has been taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance staff is also friendly and very thorough, asking us to checkout their work and not leaving until we were satisfied. I would recommend Highland Club Apartments to anyone looking for a pet friendly, family friendly place to live.
