Services
We started InvitedHome to reintroduce a virtue that's been missing from the vacation rental industry for years: Trust. We believe in doing what's right, even when no one is looking. For homeowners who entrust their vacation homes and rental management to us, that means practicing genuine care, for the home and its owners, at all times.
That's what the 14,000+ foot mountains seem to say as you enter Telluride's majestic box canyon. It's composed of two main sections-- Town and Mountain Village. The areas are distinctly different, so choose your lodging based on the activities you have planned. Coming in winter? Maybe one of our Telluride ski in ski out rentals is right for you.
From the seemingly unlimited mountain terrain that attracts snow, fishing and hiking enthusiasts from all over, to the distinctly European vibe and 5-star dining & nightlife in the Vail Village downtown, vacationing in Vail is like getting a little taste of heaven. Our wide-ranging Vail vacation rentals include ski in ski out homes, luxury condos and cabins that will facilitate the mountain adventure of a lifetime.
A stay in one of our Breckenridge rentals provides you with the quintessential Colorado experience. Whether that means the convenience of a Breckenridge ski in ski out condo or one of our sprawling and spacious Breckenridge cabin rentals, your options run as high as the mountain's peak. Because when it comes to Breckenridge lodging, the place to find your home is InvitedHome.
It's been named one of the top 20 prettiest cities in America, is home to the largest independent film festival in the country, and offers mountain conditions so good the United States Ski Team calls it home. Park City, Utah, is located just 30 miles outside of Salt Lake City, and the many resort neighborhoods make it easy to find luxury vacation rentals near all the attractions.

InvitedHome is a sham business hiding behind the legitimacy of excellent booking websites like VRBO. Much like many others, I had an extremely negative and very concerning interaction with these folks.

They advertised a property I wanted to book for my in-laws for a weekend wedding. I even inquired further for the specific property over the phone, as I had a few other questions. I ensured a total out-the-door price over the phone for this rental and was advised by staff I could either complete the booking online or provide payment over the phone. Approximately 2 days later when I went to complete

Inquired about a renting a property for 8 adults and event options. Received two passive aggressive emails back from a "travel consultant" named Alex who 1st tried to up sell me on a property that cost 2x as much, and then told me that I wouldn't make the cut for the discerning property owners and "wished me luck". Wow - just wow.

If you want to ask questions about a property prior to spending $9K and be treated rudely, this is the company for you. Otherwise, rent from Latitude 38 instead.

Another reviewer said it right - this company *discriminates* and calls it "

I reserved the Big Buck Lodge through VRBO by Invited Home. I paid $1945 in full via my credit card, and me and two other families booked travel and plane tickets. Invited Home called me two days later to tell me that they had a "glitch" in their system and unless I paid them more per night AND add another night they would cancel my reservation. I told them I already had my plane tickets for 7 people already purchased, but they didn't care. Now we are stuck without a place to stay since they completely screwed us. I have never been treated like this before. Pay more and add days

InvitedHome was unreasonable when booking a vacation property via Airbnb. They categorized our party as something we were not and denied our stay despite all of our qualifications and positive feedback from every place we've ever stayed. This was extremely frustrating and ruined a great opportunity for us. Will never look to book through this company again.

My family and I book the same home each year in Florida for our family vacation. This year we decided to go a different route and book a different house, Beach Music Main House in Rosemary Beach FL, through InvitedHome.com. We booked in March for our week long vacation mid September. We complied with the request to put 50% down initially to hold the property then the remaining 50% down as our arrival date neared. July 15th we received a checkin information email that included all the necessary info about the property, what to bring, etc. which amped up the excitement that vacation was almost here

I booked The Monarch house with InvitedHome (through Airbnb) for myself and a group of coworkers and had a great experience! Their communication was great and they called before my trip to make sure I had everything I needed.

When we arrived at the house we realized that there weren't any extra blankets for the pullout couch. It was after working hours so I called the in-stay number and left a message, not expecting to hear back from anyone. But to my surprise I received a text moments later that someone from InvitedHome was going to the store to pick up extra blankets for us and would be

We stayed at the Del Norte property in South Lake Tahoe. We are a family of 8 adults between the ages of 21-72 years, and stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. Lets just say that we had a great experience and a great holiday. Everything about this home is beautiful. The setting, the layout and the provisions. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here and there were plenty of supplies (pots/pans, dinnerware, etc.) to feed large parties. Just bring the food, the rest is already in the house.

We had no problems booking or communicating with anyone at invited homes. I found everyone I talked to

I had the best experience using InvitedHome. I stayed at Black Bart House and it was an amazing home. So much better than using Air BnB or a timeshare swap. Customer service was remarkable. Highly recommend for your next vacation.

My wife and I recently stayed at Sierra Shores complex in South Lake Tahoe. The 4 bedroom town home was in a quiet enclave of 16 units in 8 buildings that directly faced the lake. A beautiful lawn area and direct access to the beach. Great views, and 5 star accommodations. Really, the designers of these homes left nothing out. Fully loaded luxury log homes with every amenity, including an assigned garage parking space. And close to everything in town. Not inexpensive for 2, but we will be back with our family soon! Invited Home booking was very professional and even hooked us up with the onsite

There's just no better place to ski than Lake Tahoe, and I've been there about 5 times. By far my favorite place to stay is InvitedHome's Lone Pine Lodge in South Lake Tahoe. Everything Kim T. says in her review about the ease and reliability of booking is right, and it seems like this company is really well-run. What I especially like about Lone Pine Lodge, apart from the tremendously clean and comfortable accommodations and all the space to spread out and to sleep everybody I want to bring with me, is its location. Because it's on the California side, and in a neighborhood

Invited home has managed my newly remodeled 7 bedroom home in South Lake South Lake Tahoe for about the past 18 months and I could not be happier with their service. As an active local real estate broker and former property manager, I feel I have a good concept of what to expect from a vacation rental manager and I know most of the companies in town. Invited home has provided income that has exceeded my expectations while doing a great job of keeping up my property. IH's aggressive marketing and pricing strategies means a better bottom line for me as a homeowner and a better return on my investment

Incredibly discriminatory are the two words I would use to describe InvitedHome. Here's why... I submitted my request for a luxury rental home (2285 Del Norte St. South Lake Tahoe) and was immediately charged $813 (50% of the total cost for a 2-night stay). I then received 3 emails and a voicemail over the course of 2 business days requesting the following information:

- age of the oldest and youngest guest
- number of singles / couples / children
- purpose of trip

When I replied, I indicated that our group composed of 5 couples, all within the ages of 28 and 30, would be visiting Lake

InvitedHome...Superior Level of Hospitality!
If I wanted to smell disinfectant and to have paper shields on my toilet seats, I would stay in a hotel and go without a kitchen, stove washer, dryer and fridge! I'm looking for a place to relax with my grandkids in the down-time when we're not skiing! InvitedHome provided us space, comfort and warmth while we played house in someone ELSE'S house! We had all the conveniences of home, while being in TAHOE! What could be better? Believe me--NOTHING! We had great service from InvitedHome, easy, user-friendly access and a glitch-free

Well first day experince was a mess. House is dirty, I honestly wonder where the $399.00 charge im being billed for cleaning is really going towards since last renters may have payed the same. Carpets are stained and dirty ( afraid to remove shoes) walls have patches as if im in a Sin City motel. Floors, counters, windows, sofas, tv, bathrooms are dirty. Half the lights only work in bathrooms. Bbq grill has last remters meal still left on it- Disgusting.... Spa tube just injected sluge all over my two daughters who wanted a bath in big tub. Rented a home in Tahoe for two nights, started off with the key code not working after being told we were able to enter the home at 2 pm instead of 4 pm (after 4 the code worked), the second lock-out was the next day (never knew why) - thumbs up for helpful neighbors! The carpets were dirty and stained. That house felt dirty. And the icing on the cake... the BBQ grill had the previous renter's burned chicken on the grill and after tossing it and brushing it clean, lit the grill and it caught on fire! OMG, that was frightening! Apparently it hadn't been cleaned - build-up of grease

Used Invited Home for my family's trip to Tahoe. The website was easy to to use and provided great information about the house and activities nearby. Booking was easy and the customer service rep was very helpful. Accommodations were perfect for our family and close to town and park for the kids. Loved having all the space, kitchen and hot tub. Much better than staying at a hotel.

False advertising. BEWARE! This company lists one price and then tries to charge you THOUSANDS more before you book. I even confirmed the listed price with the rental agent (Michael) before requesting to book. Once we submitted a formal request he said he needed an additional $2000 to confirm our reservation since they had "accidentally" listed the property at an incorrect price. When we asked them to honor their listed price and the price that the agent confirmed in our communication the agent simply stopped responding. Not only that but the property still remains listed at the price
