Erin Nance is Colorado transplant from Savannah, GA. After a decade working in hospitality and tourism in Charleston, South Carolina, she traded the beach for the mountains. And in true Southern girl style, Erin is much more a fan of the Colorado summers than the winters! Along with husband Bob and Bull Terrier, Warner, we love to hike and take our Jeep out and do all the off roading the west has to offer.
Telluride sits in a box canyon. Steep forested mountains and cliffs surround it, with waterfalls at the head of the canyon. Numerous weathered ruins of old mining operations dot the hillsides. A free gondola connects the town with its companion town, Mountain Village, Colorado, at the base of the ski area.
If you're looking for a getaway that doesn't include large crowds, take a look at Telluride. Ski beautiful nearby slopes in the winter and don't worry about long lines or crowded slopes. Telluride's off-the-radar status means no fighting for lift space or dodging skiers and snowboarders on your way down.
Telluride is an off-the-beaten-path gem. While many flock to popular destinations like Aspen, Breckenridge, or Vail, a visit to Telluride will give you the same thrill without the crowds. Oftentimes skiers can ski right up and onto the chairlift and have numerous trails and slopes all to themselves.

Lee Zeller and her team at AIT are sincere, kind, honest and hard working. The whole group has a ‘can—do’ attitude, they know the town (w great reccos), every inch of the mountain and surrounding area inside and out. Add all that to their genuine support, a great sense of humor and their inside tips to always make us feel so at home (but better!). I have to say, the AIT properties are well-appointed. They are exactly as you see them, each with beautiful decor and great locations. Tough to find anything better than being in Telluride, with it’s seasonal beauty and the whole team at AIT!

Real People, they are excellent at what they do, and they have a sense of humor. The whole gang, it doesn't matter who you talk to. With that said, the most important thing is how was our experience working with Accommodations in Telluride. Flawless!
