Colonial Village was created by Jerry and Peggy Jerome in the early 1970's. During those first years the business was focused on Long Beach Island, but quickly expanded to service most of Southern & Central New Jersey. As Colonial Village's customer base grew so did our abilities. After years of success, Jerry validated his abilities by graduating from the Academy of Culinary Arts, in Mays Landing, New Jersey.
