Fast forward to the present and I have now opened my own corporate catering and barbeque catering business called Quality Plus Caterers. I've been in business for seven years now proudly serving the Allentown New Jersey area. I have two children who I hope will love this business as much as I do when they take it over one day.
My loving husband also helps me in the business and is very supportive. Services
I come from a line of New Jersey caterers and have been in the catering business most of my life. My father started the family catering business over 30 years ago where I would work with him in the kitchen and the office after school and on weekends. I watched him and learned the tricks of the trade.

We had our wedding catered in August and everything was AMAZING!! From the beginning Maureen made us feel at ease, we had to downsize our original wedding and venue and change to our backyard and she made the process so easy and stress free from
