I ordered a laptop battery with Chris. He said he would have a charger for me within a weeks time and I received it on time. I have done business with Paradigm before and have had no issues. In fact if I ever had any computer problems I could count on Chris to fix my computer. They work hard and I would recommend them to anyone.

Took over 8 weeks to tell me it would be even longer to get a replacement motherboard for my laptop. Then after I had given a deposit and 8 weeks later cancelled the order and bought a replacement laptop, they claimed the part had suddenly arrived and still have not returned my deposit, even though they returned the part. Probably the worst experience with any business I have ever had. I hope Mr. Wilson returns my deposit as I have completely paid them for any diagnostic or file copying work we had done and 5 months later after I cancelled I still don't have my money. Excellent customer service, even for me who ended up just replacing the laptop rather than getting it repaired. The representative that I spoke to (Chris) was courteous the entire time even when he found out he wouldn't be getting a sale out of it. Overall I had a positive experience and would recommend Paradigm IT Network to anyone that needs computer repair work done.

November 27, 2018 I took my MacBook Pro in for a screen repair. I was trying to avoid Apple's exorbitant prices. Yet, somehow I accepted an upfront charge of $533.37 for a new screen at Paradigm.

After several days I called to check on the status of my laptop and was told that the new screen was coming from China and it wasn't in yet. This went on for weeks. Finally, in mid January I was told my computer was ready. Yes, the screen was now intact, but new problems arose...

Remember in the old days of computers when they told you not to leave a certain picture on your screen too long

First of all, who is this WE stuff?? Chris Wilson has more excuses for horrible service than Carter has pills, and I also went through all the
"my secretary was supposed to do it" AND "she just quit, I'm looking for
another one". He has no other employees, is totally overwhelmed with
the minuscule amount of business he has, and tries to gain your trust
with over-promising (but always under-delivering!) Others: "I couldn't get the laptop finished because I had to go out of country to visit my girlfriend"(TWICE); "I'll work on it tonight (today, etc) and give you a call tomorrow" (4 times!).

If you are considering this guy, run, don't walk in the opposite direction. We made the mistake of having him attempt a repair on a computer after he told us he was better than the other guy we were considering. Needed pc back in a week. He took a large deposit to order parts. 8 wks later still no parts. Cancelled repair but had to threaten to call police to get pc back. He indicated he would return deposit. Over 6 months still not returned. Now considering court action! In a world full of good business people we obviously did not find one of those. 1 star is too generous.

Please, please do not do business with Christopher Wilson dba Paradigm IT Network. He ripped me off to the tune of $150 and he stole one of the two laptops I brought to him to repair. He partly serviced my ASUS correctly, but stonewalled me from getting my vintage Compaq back. I inquired several times but he stopped taking and returning my calls. Mr. Wilson should not be in business. I'll add I made the mistake of paying in advance for his work. He being a veteran I thought he would be honest. It just wasn't the case.

EDITED/UPDATED REVIEW:
I did have some communication issues with the owner regarding my computer. Personal things happen, I understand, but all I requested was communication on their behalf when things go wrong or something comes up. (Make sure you keep in constant contact with the customer!!)
However, the owner reached out to me and made things right as far as a refund for my repair is concerned - what was originally promised to me. Had I not waited so long for a repair and response, I would have given them a 5-star rating - they know what they're doing. My original review is below, but since

Wow, the team at Paradigm IT does such impressive work and is at it again. I've dealt with Chris Wilson, and he continues to go above and beyond. Several years ago he built me an Asus laptop that is still going strong without any hangups. He's restored my mother's netbook, and now given me so much web marketing and computer advisement that I am well indebted. Much more than his technical skills and professionalism, however, the cliche of "wanting to help people" is no longer a cliche when dealing with Chris. He is one of the most transparently sincere and eager to sacrifice his time and energy
