The staff is friendly. That said, I have a huge distrust in their business practices and technical ability. I was told by staff cloning my kindle over to a new one was easy. When I arrived I was again reassured no problem and was asked to pay 25.00 before anything was done. (Shady, but o.k.) Shortly after leaving I was called and asked for my amazon account and password. (sounds less like cloning and more like a manual install). When I arrived the next day I was told many apps couldn't be installed because they needed the password for each app. On top of that they wanted to charge me an extra 45
