Won’t spend a dime with them again. Jeff nor Joe, the owners won’t take responsibility for their pro shop sales team misleading tactics and wrong doings. We were sold a board that is waterlogged, damaged beyond repair per the manufacture, as well as it is the wrong size and we were told “some sucker will buy it” when we called to discuss this issue with them. Now, we aren’t looking for anything other than a replacement or a refund. Performance Marine has always gone above and beyond for not only my family but everyone in the boating family. Living 6 1/2 hours away, I never hesitate towing that far away from home knowing I have Joe and his crew readily available if anything were to happen. They are always welcoming of not only my husband and I, but both also our girls as well. I appreciate the family atmosphere… as my girls enjoy boating as much as I do. Jeff and Joe were so helpful when we first decided to purchase our Max in 2020. They were awesome to work with through the whole buying process as this was our first boat. After the fact they have been super helpful with everything from tips on cleaning to wake shaping and everything else. Finally, we love North of KC so Barry and the service team has been great and super accommodating with service. I will not buy a boat anywhere else unless I am forced to. I have no idea how anyone has given this place less than 5 stars.

Recently purchased a 2017 RZX2, Joe was very responsive and easy to deal with. They delivered it to VA ahead of schedule and Chuck (shipper) was very helpful walking me through the boat and set up. I have called back a couple times for questions (user error) and the guys at the store were quick to help me.

Last year I hired Performance Marine Watersports to do the Winterization and change the ignition switch. The service tech drained the rusty engine water all over my carpet, leaving heavy stains. When I asked them to fix or clean their mess, they blamed me for not sending the keys and asked me not to return. Keys were sent (even tho I asked for new ignition to be installed) and have the return envelope with keys from them. I just don’t want to see this happen to anyone else. Service manager told me to clean the carpet myself and he said he doesn’t see a problem with what happened. It seems as

I would highly recommend these guys. I worked with Grant and Joe. They were wonderful! they made the purchase and loan go smooth, quick and painless. They were able to meet us have way for delivery and since we are in Northern MN that was great for us. They took us out on the water to show us every feature that the boat had and took the time to show us how to us everything the boat has. Truly had a great experience working with them on the purchase of our RZX3.

By far the best boat purchase experience ! The customer service, attention to detail and support after the sale can't be beat. Joe took the time to answer all our questions, negotiated fairly and delivered the boat to us early even though it was over 700 miles away from the dealership. He even put in two new batteries which was an unexpected surprise. Great dealership that puts the customer first over profits. Performance Marine and Joe earned more than 5 stars!
