GESI's knowledgeable and experienced staff have performed a variety of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) on commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties. Our Phase I ESAs are designed to meet the specific needs of ours clients and meet or exceed the Environmental Protection Agency - All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) and Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments as outlined in the ASTM E1527-13.
