Often, we travel throughout California for Commercial, Industrial and Public Works Projects. Asbestos is a durable and heat resistant material used in almost every building material.

Lead was added to materials, like paint, to accelerate drying, increase durability and maintain appearance.

Mold is a part of our natural environmental, both indoors and outdoors. Mold may begin to grow indoors if a spore lands on a building material that is wet, making the problem get out of hand quick.
