I’ve been going to My Eye Dr. for the past few years and have had ok service, but I tried to get contacts last year with My Eye Dr. and had a terrible experience. We tried to get the contacts in for probably an hour and could not. So, we switched to Miller Vision. They were so patient and made sure that contacts were something that I wanted, even asking my mom to leave the room. Fantastic customer service, especially Dr. Steven Miller, Katie, and Susan. I'm happy to say that Miller Vision surpassed all of my expectations. Friendly, courteous staff - and efficient! Dr Miller was great and explained something to me so other eye doctor had before. My recent experience with the optician, Susan, was so helpful. She made picking out frames - ALWAYS hard to do, very easy and actually quite fun! I will be recommending to others.

I called the office to ask if the doctors and technicians were vaccinated for Covid-19. The office manager stated she couldn't tell me because it would be a HIPAA violation and to require employees to be vaccinated was against the law (not true). I then asked if she would ask the doctor and technician that would be treating me would call me and voluntarily answer my question (also not a violation of HIPAA or against any law). She refused to ask them to do so. I assumed from that response that their office is not fully vaccinated. Given we remain in a pandemic, I think that action careless from

Great specialists! I was with Dr Steven Miller and he was great! Really easy to understand and you can tell he understands what he's talking about. And we got some sunglasses and Mrs Dawn Waller-Hall was really kind and patient and very helpful in my selection. I would definitely recommended anyone who needs some vision work or glasses to come to Miller Vision!

Even through we are going through a very difficult and unknowing, economics a ever changing and unpredictable situations almost daily. Its good to have someone you can depend on who continually changes to better meet the needs of the patient. I have gone to several places lately hoping to get my glasses adjusted and seeking wisdom I just don’t have myself as my vision has started getting worse. The Staff at Miller Vision On Lawndale Drive are doing their very best to accommodate the needs of their patients. I put off coming in the office out of respect to the virus a the risk it brings to others
