Wouldn't recommend taking a child there. The receptionist was friendly. Dr Poudyal doesn't have good child bedside manner. He was rushing, not explaining anything, just giving orders.. didn't explain what he was doing regarding putting eye drops in her eyes for dialation. Treating her as though she have worn glasses before. At the end of the exam he says, make sure she wear them at all times. It wasn't a good experience. I know its best to wear glasses when needed depending on the prescription. So she only wears them as needed. His inability to communicate made me wish I taken her somewhere else

My visit today went very well. I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival time, and I can say that that 10 minute wait time was because of the cleaning behind each patient. My assistant was very professional and friendly. The doctor was very thorough with the explanation of my issues and with the ways in which we are going to treat it. I was able at that time to make my appointment for the next time. I have already recommended three people to your office. Thank you so much for taking good care of me.

My son wanted to get contacts to play football. He had his eye exam for both contacts and Glasses and after leaving the doctor, we immediately went next door to Eyemart Express to get athletic goggles because I didn't have confidence that he would get the contacts in after working with the staff on getting trained to put them in. The contacts had to be ordered and once they arrived we had another appointment to try to get them in. Unfortunately, didn't happen so we had to make another appointment to try again. I'm sitting in the waiting area where I've been all afternoon trying to get the contacts
