Josh is extremely detailed and thorough. If you're looking for someone to quickly do a once over and be in and out in 20 minutes; this is not your guy. He takes the necessary time needed to do a full inspection of anything that could be an issue. He leaves you feeling fully informed. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and will continue to use him should I need such services again.

Josh was prompt, very patient (I asked a bunch of questions) and detailed, everything you want in the person inspecting a home one is purchasing. I was very appreciative that Josh took time to explain some of the mechanical workings. The real estate market is crazy busy in 2021, but Josh found time to allow me to bug him. I highly recommend Josh.
