Josh was fantastic. He accommodated us by doing an inspection on the weekend at a time of our convenience (a rarity among home inspectors) with just a few days advance notice. He was on time, professional, and extremely patient. He explained everything to us in thorough detail and produced an easy to understand report shortly after doing the inspection.
