Stopped in because my tire was flat (drove over something sharp & metal). They confirmed the gash was too big to patch, but for not too much more they found a used tire in my size that even matched the brand, and had me up on the jack & tire replaced within 30 minutes.

This is a community business, staffed by honest, hardworking gentlemen who stand by their work. I've had 2 different tires patched here, and I plan to purchase my tires here from now on.
Great prices, too, but what makes them stand out as stellar human beings is they maintain & sweep the bike lane outside their business, removing the dangerous debris and broken glass that litter the entire street due to the industrial businesses' and lack of street sweeping by the city.
They do it just to be kind.

Our Isuzu box truck got stranded in San Jose due to a flat tire. All other tire shops we tried were closed or too busy. We called Rich's Tire and Jorge sent someone right away to where our truck was located, patched and sealed our tire, and charged us very reasonably. Jorge was an absolute gentleman and we are so grateful for him.

I suspected I had slow leak in one of my tires and I couldn't get an appointment at America's Tire or Wheel Works last minute so I called and they said come by. I get there and I tell him I might have a slow leak and he checks the tire which isn't flat (but I have had to fill up twice very recently so I suspect a flat) and he says hold on. Then he just starts working on another tire and he's talking to these other guys. Doesn't tell me what's up, doesn't tell me if he can repair it or diagnose it, doesn't tell me what the plan is, just keeps talking to his

Kind of skeptical of this place. I only went here because it was close to my house. But I came here for a tire repair and the guy told me he did a tire PLUG.
Originally he told me that I needed my wheel lock key to get my tire out so he can fix my tire with a nail in it, but I couldn't find it so he repaired it by using a jack on my car, putting it on neutral and used the tire plug product to repair it. He also mentioned that he had to patch it up on the inside as well if I ever fiNd the wheel lock key.

These guys are quick! I got a flat yesterday, they patched it up and I was on my way literally within 10min. Good prices too! Service is great and they really have skills, in and out in 10 min. Really love the price as well, this is as fast and as high quality as it gets when it comes to patching. They are pretty friendly as well.

I was driving around aimlessly with a slow leak on my boyfriend's Camry. I was frustrated and feeling super discouraged, given it was almost 8:00 PM with no open tire store in sight! Then, low and behold, there was Rich's Tires cleaning up and closed or getting ready to close. We asked them if they could patch our tire--they helped us out!! Turns out the tire was shot & needed to be replaced. So we got a new used tire for $40 out the door & we were on our way and back on the road in 15 minutes!! I've written favorable reviews at the other location further up north but decided to try this location since it's closer to my house.
I had to have my two front tires changed and the guy worked efficiently and they were finished 20 minutes tops. So far the tires are fine and I checked the tire pressure and they are up on the standards listed by my owner's manual.
This place is no nonsense and they get the job done.
