Ordered my tires through Tirerack.com, Bigwheels was the recommended tire installer in my area. They did not disappoint. They called me once they received the tires and recommended me to get them installed asap since they were gonna be closed for 4 days in a row. They happily accommodated my availability and fit me in just before about appointment. Barry was friendly and the installers were very courteous. Customer service was outstanding! Highly recommend this location compared to the chain wheel installers!

I have been coming for wheel and tire service for several years. One of the best things about Big Wheels is that they have the right tools to get the job done without damaging your wheels.
This is also a family owned business with a family that really knows the products they sell. It's easy to get in for an appointment and they're efficient as well.
Today, I had a set of new wheels and tires mounted. Perfect!

Bary, their wife Laura, and their establishment are superior and their customer service impeccable. Their shop was clean, well-stocked, and in the Industrial Garage where they work, on cars, was very well organized—very classy place and reasonably priced. Mom and Papa owned and he's been in business for over 30 years. The man knows what he's talking about.

My tires arrived at their shop at 9AM after a long weekend; I received a call in less than 2 hours, was accommodated in 5 mins and less than an hour later the vehicle was ready for pickup.
Their prices were better than any of the other big names out there (Costco, PepBoys, etc) & were a joy to work with! Save yourself a trip & $$ by not going to the big name/box stores and support local.
Absolutely thorough with their work, Steven's professionalism is bar none and I wish I had more work for them! It's a pleasure doing business with these folks!

Thanks for the great service, and tire rebalance on my 2016 Honda Civic Sedan. Steven is very knowledagble & detail oriented. I made the appointment with Barry to remove tires currently on my car onto a new set of wheels. On the day of the appointment, I met Steve, who performed the swapped. Steve is very knowledgeable, fast, and is very careful installing the tires without scratching or scuffing my $3500 wheels! I highly recommend Big Wheel for your tire/wheel services needs.

I rolled into Barry's shop after hours with a giant screw sticking out of the side wall of one of my tires. Fun times. He didn't have a replacement tire in stock, but he put my spare on and had me return the next day to put on four brand new tires.
(I needed them. No upsell.)
Barry was so helpful, kind and professional. What could have been a day-ruining mishap, turned out to be one of the most pleasant car repair experiences I've ever had.

I bought a set of tires at tirerack.com (also highly recommended, btw). They provide a list of installers in your area, which included Big Wheels (listed there as "Adds Wheel Warehouse"). After vetting them on Yelp, I selected them. Very happy with the choice. They got me in and out in about 30 mins (!), which allowed me to get it done between meetings on a hectic work day. I made a same day appointment with them, and took really good care of me. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.
Highly recommend this shop for all wheel and tire needs, I will definitely be back for rotations because I don't trust anyone else with my lug nuts.

I'm hesitant to write this review because Big Wheels is San Jose's best kept secret when it comes to getting some quality work done at a fair price without having to wait around for hours in a squeaky-tile-floored waiting room.
That being said, I realize they don't stay in business from the one time every 2 years that I'm there so I'm writing this review to not only thank Steven and his family for doing an AWESOME job, but also spread the good news that there is still a human experience despite being in a world filled with algorithms, delivery-drones and self driving

Was there to get a tire install, had a very bad cut :(.
Reached there a couple of minutes late and then took another couple of realize that I should go to the back door. (TIP)
I was greeted promptly and whole installation was done efficiently without an issue. 15-20 mins later, I was driving out :).

I called to schedule an appointment to get my tires and rims replaced. They are very knowledgeable about fitment specs. They also pay a lot of attention to detail. I also love how friendly they are. There price is reasonable. I will definitely refer anybody I know here.
