This company is a total scam. On Oct 30, 2020, I had an accident and called this company to tow my car to a repair shop which is 4 miles away in Campbell. On the phone I was quoted a $185 charge and driver would arrive in 25 mins.
In fact driver did not arrive until 55 mins later, but something much worse was to come. When we arrived at the repair shop, I was told to pay $354 for the 4 mile towing which lasted less than 0.5 hr. Tom totally saved the day when my tire blew on the highway. Geico had sent the first tow truck to the wrong city and we had been stranded for hours. Tom was there in 20 minutes, had found the tire and asked the shop to stay open late for me. He took my dead tire and came back with a new one and put it on. I can't even tell you how miraculous that was after the whole experience, but Tom was my hero on this day. Above and beyond service.

Tom from Best San Jose towing is an awesome dude. I was involved in a fender bender. Tom happened to right behind my car when the accident happened. He quickly inspected the damage and assured me that all the damage is cosmetic and easily fixable. He offered to fix the front bumper and paint the hood for a very reasonable price. He towed my car next day to the shop. Kept me updated with the status of the repair work. He also sent me progress pictures. When the work was done he towed the car back to my apartment. The entire experience was very stress free and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend

Very good service provided by this towing company for my new C Class Merc. The driver's name was Tony, who had towed my car to the nearest Mercedez dealership in San Jose. I had a flat tire for my car, I contacted Mercedez road side assistance and they contacted Tony of Best San Jose Towing. Tony was very professional & handled my car very good and dropped it at the dealership.

This is probably our favorite towing company. A driver Tom was offering amazing service and high quality work.

Let's see, I've used BSJT several times over the last few months: car break down/tow, flat tire repair, flat tire/tow, dead battery/tow, etc. Tom is wonderful, his prices are fair and he is trustworthy and kind.
