At Vision Plus Bellevue we provide friendly, caring and comprehensive eye exams with our optometrist; as well as a great selection of prescription glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses. We're conveniently located in Downtown Bellevue (next door to Panera Bread) and offer complimentary parking.
We accept most major health and vision insurance plans; including Vision Service Plan (VSP), Eyemed (Access & Insight Plans), Aetna, Premera, Regence, United Healthcare, Medicare (for medical services), Lifewise, Cigna, Metlife, First Choice and NBN.Patients are also welcome to use FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) cards.

I was seen at this fantastic practice this week for the first time. I will be a regular patient going forward! They embody everything my prior provider WASN’T… they are incredibly sharp, professional and kind. Dr. super thorough, office staff very supportive. They’re good about getting you in sooner than later in this crazy mess, too. Definitely recommend!

I am a returning customer. In late Feb, my right eye feels itchy and went to Vision Plus Bellevue to do eye check. Dr Wendy Huang prescribed antibody eyedrops with asteroid in it.
One week later, the right eye condition became much worse and I went to ER(photo attached). Then I was referred to see ophthalmologists. They told me to stop using that eyedrops. Because the diagnose is Virus Keratitis. Antibody eyedrops can’t cure virus but the asteroid in it helps virus grow. Now I have been receiving treatment for more than half a year. But right eye vision still can’t be corrected back to full

This is my second visit to Vision Plus Bellevue and honestly can’t recommend them enough! Nicole on the front desk is super friendly and detail oriented - she checked all insurance information and provided the best option for both my husband and me. Dr. Wendy Huang is super knowledgeable and thorough. She explained every little detail in a very relatable way and has great, modern equipment. They have a very good frame selection and I was actually a bit disappointed to hear that I can keep my current pair of glasses, which I bought from them two years ago.

Dr. Wendy Huang is simply awesome. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I've been going to Vision Plus Bellevue for 3-4 years now, and the experience is stellar every time I go. Dr. Huang is caring, patient, and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed, and she's always happy to answer all of my questions. This office is truly a template for other optometrists and doctors to adopt.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses, one of which has transition lenses, from Vision Plus Bellevue a few months ago. One pair was slightly large, which they fixed immediately. Today I was near their location when I remembered that the right lens had popped out last night. I called from their convenient reserved space, and the technician came right out, took my glasses and repaired them at no charge. Their pandemic protocol is unparalleled and their service impeccable. I recommend them highly.

I was one of those people who found an eye doctor and stuck with him for years. When he retired he sold his business and it just wasn't the same. I went to Vision Plus because they were near Panera and I felt like I knew them (not because I did but rather bc I was walking past their door a bit more than I care to admit). I'm going on my 2nd year with them and everything is easy and smooth sailing. I think I've found my new long term eye place.

Dr Huang and all the staff here are incredibly nice. I got an exam here the other month and new glasses, I chose them because of their high Google reviews, they also accepted my insurance while my previous optometrist did not. Long story short, the glasses I paid them over $500 for gave me head splitting migraines, when I initially went to them about the issue (the day after I got the glasses) they remade the lenses for me, this did nothing, so they ended up refunding me the cost of the glasses. I still needed new glasses, so I went back to my old optometrist and paid out of pocket since I knew

Made an appointment. Waited a month for availability. Arrived early. Texted as instructed. Waited. And waited. And waited. Never got a call or a voicemail or an email. No explanation for why I was never contacted. Evidently customer service is now non existent at this location. Had been a loyal customer and really appreciated Dr. Wendy but the utter lack of consideration and follow up has effectively wiped that out.

I had a wonderful experience with Vision Plus Bellevue. The office did an exceptional job of taking extra precautions during Covid 19, and though an eye exam and glasses fitting can be an intimate process, I felt like the team was going above and beyond to ensure all safety and health measures were followed appropriately. It is a little difficult trying to pick frames when you have a face mask covering half of your face, but the appointments are spaced out enough to allow you to peruse the frames without any other patients in the waiting area so you can pull your mask down to test them out. Living in the US over 15+yrs and having to move around has made me visit a numerous optometrists and this one by far is the best of all. Very friendly staffs as well as the doctor Wendy Huang. I was actually blown away by staffs’ kindness first, then the pleasant experience continued until the end of the visit. I had never such an awesome experience at an eye clinic. Great customer service, was able to pencil me in fast so i can see! What I hated the most was the fact that I was told everything was good and ok with my glasses purchase only having them call me and say they cannot find my insurance information, I have to pay full price for the glasses. Cancelled order and went to Lens Crafters, they were able to find my insurnace information and ordered my glasses.

WOW! I have never had such an incredible experience at an eye clinic or felt more care for than I do here. I am blown away by the welcoming and over the top customer service by the staff! This was honestly such a fun appointment considering Wendy( Dr. Huang) is so caring, considerate and sweet! I had been needing to go to get an annual eye exam as I was overdue. I was referred here and thought I would give it a try. I'm glad I did because I had a great experience from start to finish.

Dr Wendy Huang and her team are excellent. Dr Huang's exam is precise and she discusses the best options with her patient. I am getting my first pair of computer glasses this year. She has a retina scanner which is great for monitoring. Her assistants readily assisted me in picking a great set of glasses for my face. Vision Plus Bellevue was a seriously pleasant experience. I hadn't had an eye exam in about a decade and after my trusty glasses were only holding together from molding glue and willpower, I figured it was time to go in.
Dr. Huang is cheerful and informative, taking time to explain my eye health and not rushing any part of the exam. She didn't mind my needing four or five flips of that big multi-lens face contraption before I was able to tell if 1 or 2 was the better option. Dr. Huang was very proficient, professional with a great personality. She was quick, efficient and explained everything she was doing. Sylvia was super sweet and bubbly and greeted us right when we arrived! She checked our insurance coverage and made sure we were fully informed prior to our appointment so that there were so "surprises." Lupa was amazing with getting the glasses we wanted and also giving us options!
